McNabb weighs in on our lack of a threat at WR (via D. Newton)

Listen to me very carefully. The goal shouldn't be to replace production, but to exceed it. At this point we haven't even replaced it

And listen to me very carefully, the draft is next month and the season doesn't start until September. We are far from knowing who will even be suiting up at WR for us next season, so to be bitching now makes you look pretty fuging silly.

the poo flingers rule this board until august every year.  nothing but the same four or five people posting about how we're going 0-16 because gettleman didn't draft according to their personal big board tacked to their bedroom wall next to their anime wall scroll.

Looks like we're going the way of the Colts. If you look at what the Colts did last season with no names and rookies they put up good numbers. This is a copy cat league

T.Y. Hilton is not a no-name receiver.  He was known to football circles at FIU.  He was explosive and productive in college, and he flashed that play making ability his rookie year in the pros.  He flat out broke out last season.  I was wishing that we had drafted him when we picked whoever in the 3rd round.  We missed out on him.

Had we gotten him in 2012 like I wanted to, and drafted Keenan Allen last season like I thought we would, our receiving corps would be very formidable .  Those are two of my biggest regrets in regards to the Panthers. And yeah, I know how we missed out on Demaryius Thomas and Alshon Jeffery, but they weren't on my radar at the time.

Damn, you got me crying over spilled milk.  I don't want to go down the same path next off-season.
