I could seem them picking the saints like they usually do bc of Brees and their surprisingly good d this yr. But Tampa? Really? They have a worse offense and defense then us. I seem them coming in last unless the failcants fail to turn it around. Sorry if this was already posted I didn't see a thread on it.

I think they will be competitive. Maybe 6-8 wins this year. That won't be enough to win the south though.

Pretty sure McCown is the starter as of now.  I know training camp has to happen, but Lovie is going with McCown to start off.

I think the NFCS will be much tougher this season. Tampa, outside of their QB, has a pretty stacked roster and should definitely be in the hunt for the division crown with a healthy Doug Martin back. Throw Mike Evans in there with Vincent Jackson and they have a pretty potent offense to go along with their defense if McCown or Glennon can just manage the game and not make many mistakes. I personally hope we get the Bucs early before Lovie can get his system firing on all cylinders. 

 

As usual, it will all come down to who can stay healthy and win the majority of their divisional games.

I honestly thought 12 - 4 with the 2nd ranked defense in the league would earn at least a small amount of respect going forward. I guess not. I kind of like it that way.

2.) Rivera was the biggest reason why Chicago became a defensive juggernaut in the first place; not Lovie.

 

Yep. The moment Rivera left their defense dropped back down to the 20s in rank. Lovie is no defensive genius.

I was sarcastic when I said their defense was superior if this comment was directed at me. If your talking about the analysts, yeah idk why they think tampa's d is so good.

I prefer it when the Panthers are not the front runners. We always seem to perform better as the underdog.
