  1. Past hour
  2. That's very fair and they do seem to lack top speed and what us country folks call water bug WRs. I do agree with your assessment. Two things- watch this and it may give you some hope about your questions- Second you got to hope Dave will scheme up this group enough to cover your concerns. Or at least prevent it from being a weakness. Finally add in the classic of UDFA HOFers- Jacolby George AND Kobe Hudson. I feel both will make it hard for the Panthers to leave them off the 53. You know about horn and if 2021 hunter is back. These 4 should offer enough wiggle to offset Coker, XL, Tmac, and even AT.
  3. One theme I’m already noticing… players are taking this season very seriously. I’m getting the vibe that there won’t be a lot of laughing on the sidelines this year.
  4. I guess D&D is okay with the depth we have at LB. Makes no sense to me
  5. I was comparing only the WRs, so I took out all TEs expect Tremble and Thomas. I also toggled the recs, TDs, and yards. They are right there in thick of it with extremely poor careers.
  6. I wonder if we even made a phone call. We are not deep at LB and 4 million isn’t that much for a starter these days. Heck, he might of taken less to come home.
  7. He shouldn't have a been a replacement, but a compliment. Norman was the only NFL caliber CB we had and Gettleman let him walk to win a dick measuring contest.
  8. He's signing with the Raiders for just over $4 million for one year?!?!?! Makes me think they're the only team that called him up that had a starting spot open, as why the hell else would you go to there for that amount of money instead of going to a contender on the cheap?
  9. Gettleman. We were so desperate for CBs he drafted 3 that year, and missed so badly on the 5th rounder who didn't even make the team. A fifth rounder!
  10. Norman had the better peak but bradberry was more consistent over a longer period
  11. Today
  12. It is hard to gauge a kicker until you need him with the game on the line. My kicker in college went on the NFL for a 10-year career--he wanted the shine. We knew we had a weapon. I don't know what it is like to want to go for it on 4th and 5 on the 34 yard line because your guy can't nail it.
  13. He dismantled a superbowl team, can't ever forgive him for that
  14. Excited about the new additions and hoping I dont eventually feel like this
  15. We have one guy here who played with Norman. I am sure there are a few guys working for the team that were here in 2015, might be people we would never hear about though.
  16. Bradberry was never on 2015 Josh Normans level. He was a decent corner, but not a replacement. His ball skills were ass, Norman erased half of the field in 2015
  17. Bradberry was a great pick and worthy replacement. Rest of that draft was ass though
  18. It’s cool to have him back around that's for sure. Unfortunately his time here was cut short because of our tub-of-lard GM at the time. As far as I know, he has pretty much no direct ties to anyone on the current staff or front office - so it’s random to have him around but I’m glad that we have an open invitation to one of this lowly franchise’s most important players.
  19. Stupid fuger. Im not going to pay you, ill just flat out release you and waste the draft trying and failing to replace you. I thought the poo was a joke when the news broke he had rescinded the tag.
  20. I'll always despise Dave Gettleman for letting his ego get in the way of smart football business on that one. That fiasco absolutely sucked the air out of that locker room and pretty much tanked that season before it started.
  21. Love Josh Norman, one of my favorite Panthers. Glad to see him at camp.
  22. I like the progress on the goal line but definitely need to see the work from the passing offense in the middle of the field improve. It's been a problem area for us for some time now. Credit to our new safety though.
  23. This team FINALLY has a Safety! Moehrig has been the least talked about FA signing on this board but will easily have the biggest impact on the Defense this year immediately! So pumped for this signing as should everyone on here. The guy is a heat seaking cruise missile in the back end of our defense. Haven't had one of those since Coleman big year.
