Trey has plenty of tape standing up surprisingly. Guys like him have the technique and IQ to play the position for awhile. Cincy definitely did him wrong and I'd gladly accept him. He would allow us to continue developing Princely etc too. Take an MLB or olineman with 19 or trade back and add more picks. I'd assume free agent rushers would welcome the fact we have good coverage.

I use Brave also. It works really well

I guess they have been playing the Cam card with Allen and eventually if the QB can't carry the team it all falls apart but that was also just a bad game for Allen. Didn't watch much of their regular season
-
Lots left to play out. We don’t know Evero will be here. We don’t know what else they might be thinking. And we really don’t know if that is what Morgan is thinking for that matter. Any player that could be available that is a pass rusher will probably get the same treatment with the speculation etc. I have said for years that we are stuck in the 3-4 with Tepper but maybe I am wrong.

So you say, but we'll never know. We do know that there are seven head coaching jobs available (which is not surprising) and one GM job available, and with how relatively fast head coaching positions are generally filled, it wouldn't be surprising at all for Sean McDermott to get hired. That's just the nature of the beast. If there were seven GM jobs available and Beane just magically got the axe, he would likely be hired as well. He has done a good job as GM over his tenure, and I think that's pretty much indisputable. McDermott has done a good job as a head coach. I think that's pretty much indisputable as well. Trying to blame one or the other more or less for the Bills lack of getting to the championship is not cut-and-dried. I think most of it falls on the players choking and lack of execution. Just the way I see it.

DJ Moore. The quitting WR

Johnson has an ego problem and it bit him in the ass. You take the points on those drives and you in a position to win the game. i was glad to see them drop out of the playoffs. Caleb has saved his ass so many times this past season it isn't even funny. -
PFF PANTHERS 2025 best and worst of offense and defense
Jay Roosevelt replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Anything stud player in the front 7 will help out. The secondary isn't bad, but we have to get some more juice upfront and at LB. -
They were looking for an excuse I think. This has been in the air all year, they do not like finishing 2nd to NE.

I'm glad we can somewhat agree on something for a change. In the end every single team is going to have to deal with injuries along the OL. To have the highest paid group by a significant margin and have them banged up and still be roughly middle of the league is unacceptable based on the cost. It's terrible luck what happened to Icky. Feel awful for the kid even though he has been largely up and down to this point. That being said. I'm open to all options. We need to fill out the rest of this roster and no matter who is behind center whether it's Bryce or another QB down the line. If we are going to get back to the playoffs and actually win we need to invest in the defense badly and continue filling out the rest of the roster. If we go OT round 1 in this years draft I'll understand it based on the injury to Icky but we are only digging in further and further if we are assessing the situation from a neutral position. It's not sustainable.

Too late, he’s already the new Giants HC

Josh Allen played like poo, and this is the outcome?

Could Morgan be eyeing Trey Hendrickson
DaveThePanther2008 replied to Jackson113.2's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think this would be a good move. I remember us saying the same thing about Peppers and many thought he was done but he went to GB and Chicago and continued to have success and came back home and still played at a high level. I think guys with great technique can play well past 30. If I had to choose between trading for Crosby and what we would have to give up to get him and signing Trey. I would go after Hendrickson. -
Cam Ward seems to this so
-
is Bussi that dude? Have we finally found the chosen one?

I don’t know about lifelong. I liked Marv Levy a lot. I love the crazy fugs that go out and fill a stadium when it is below zero. I haven’t had a player crush on a Bill, not even OJ. Kind of liked Flutie. Liked Steve Trasker,Tasker whater… gritty ST player. But not crushing on them. And then recently we have had a pipeline of players, coaches, FO, the whole deal. I root for our former people, unless we are playing them. I someone thinks that’s bad, fug what they think.

They better throw the bank at Harbaugh.

Stroud needs some mental rehabbing. Change of scenery probably would be best. He still has that form and arm. Just got to clear his head of whatever has gotten into it. Build his confidence back up. If that is possible. It is worth a try.

The amount of money we have tied up in the OL does not match the production at all The Ickey injury is obviously very unfortunate but if it forces us to take a LT in the 1st or 2nd to save on another big time contract to the OL it might be a blessing in disguise (assuming of course the guy we draft isn’t a complete dud) I wonder if the Panthers take a flier on Evan Neal. I never liked Neal as a prospect but he obviously played with Bryce and I’d imagine he’d be pretty cheap considering he’s sucked the last 4 years whenever he’s played

self proclaimed "lifelong" Bills fans ......like "lifelong" KC fans the past few seasons.

I've been looking into QB pressure numbers and surprisingly it's Caleb Williams at the top with 94 QB hurries. Coincidentally the Texans gave up the same number of sacks as the Panthers at 37 tied for 18th in the league. We really need to reevaluate our approach to roster building. Way too much tied up in the OL.

McD probably has another HC job before the SB. If Beane had gotten the ax I doubt he lands another GM gig right away.
-
Brandin Cooks out here catching strays
-
Had they kneeled the ball, the entire fanbase would have said fire McD for not trying to get a FG there. Not his fault Allen has 0 awareness and didn't think somebody would hit him from behind. Not sure about the equal personnel decision things being true, but if that's the case you clean house of both of them, not just McD. Their best receiver was a guy they picked up off the streets a few weeks ago
-
You see, y'all are saying this, but they basically had equal power on personnel decisions. McDermott was the one coaching and couldn't get it done. I don't know why that's so difficult for people to deal with. And it's not like they didn't have enough to win the Super Bowl (for several years), McDermott just couldn't get it done. I agree that Allen had a bad game. Fumbling the ball and giving away three points was bad, but they probably should've just taken a knee anyway (which speaks squarely to coaching).
