  2. Parsons to Green Bay helps them. Is he the player that will put them over the top? I believe the only position that can do that is QB. Parsons is a great player at his position, that isn't the most important position. That why Young needs to rise up and be the player we drafted at number one this year. If he fails, then the Panthers fail. No matter what Parsons would have done for the defense, the cost and draft picks was way to much. Only one position is critical for any team. We will know by the beginning of October which way this team will go.
  3. Ooof rooting for the heels is gonna be hard now (heels fan) Belicheater
  4. “There is a thin line between genius and insanity… “
  5. I know what your saying, its just-
  6. Scott Fitterer was one of those people with the uncanny ability to do the exact wrong thing at the exact wrong time.
  7. USF's QB just absolutely BAPTIZED a BSU DB just a couple plays after the same guy got a personal foul flag for hitting him late. I mean, absolutely planted his ass. Looked like it was going for no gain and homie just got TRUCKED to give up a 1st down on 3rd and 8.
  8. Joe Person today on wfnz says he believes it’s not Hunter weighing options with other teams at the hold up but more so weighing playing football or going back to where he was working.
  9. Supposedly STs came into play as well from a source I found online. Basically non-starters have to play STs and either Hunter couldn't or wouldn't. So if you are a backup, you have to play STs.
  10. South Florida just killing themselves with penalties and miscues. QB overthrew what should've been a deep ball TD. Then a drop. Then a hold wipes out a big gain. Then the QB pulls off a Cam Newton looking 40 yard TD run and it gets called back with a very questionable holding call.
  11. If only Plummer hadn’t hurt him with a hospital ball in preseason
  12. And to think we could have traded burns, a pass rusher much worse than Parsons, for almost the same as Parsons... God we blew that chance
  13. Would have probably just been better to go back in time and pick Parsons instead of Horn TBH
  14. Heres my take on this. I hate to quote Joe Person and Daviance Newston, but there were reports that AT was not getting the same reps as last year. Now you can look at it a couple ways- Panthers know what AT bring and want to grow young WRs or they thought father time had caught AT enough to limit reps(thus faze him slowly out). Fact is AT hated that 2 win season and reports he asked or didn't want to be on the Panthers during the trade deadline last year..... just Panthers didn't care about a 2027 7th in return for BYs safety blanket. I look at this as the Panthers just scored 23 scores in PS and they know AT wants no part of what could be anouther bad losing 2 or 5 win season. So go with the young ones and flip him back home for the value of a 4th. He's the oldest WR in the league, getting anything above coffee filters is a win. The next 6 games will show if the Panthers were right or wrong.....
  15. Today
  16. Hes talking about turning down 2 1sts and a 2nd for Burns
  17. Sanjay lol. Man, I miss the old huddle. The huddle is still cool, but 2011 to 2018 was a time on here.
  18. Could be referring to Carolina's brain-numbingly dumb handling of the Burns situation. That would be the reverse of that quoted comment, which was referring to Green Bay.
  19. I have to say, you might be one of maybe two people on earth who thinks this is similar to trading up for Bryce. But you are consistent, so I’ll give you props for that.
  20. Dan said on the radio they want him on their 53. Never should have released him
  21. Well the packers just fuged their salary cap and their drafts for the foreseeable future. Stupid move to sign this overpriced clown but hey someone has to set the precedent, right?
  22. Is rather take a flyer on a 25 udfa still sitting out there, at least they'd have a chance of succeeding.
  23. people don't want to believe, Dallas is one of the better drafting teams over the last few years. I forgot the guys name, but he's handles the draft and player elvalues.....Jerrah gets all the credit. Panthers tired to hire him away, but Jerrah (wisely) blocked the move. That's the reason I know about this. He's done great at the drafting part..
  24. No need in overthinking a practice squad signing, for all I know it's just someone to throw warmup to the WRs, but I can't believe there wasn't someone better out there. Those preseason stats are some of the worst I've ever seen.
