  1. Past hour
  2. He'll probably be an All-Pro which is way more prestigious anydamnway
  3. If everyone followed your advice, this place would be dead.
  4. Shough winning it would be a travesty. I know he’s had 4 wins or so but come on. 7 TDs, 5 ints. There are more deserving players.
  5. I haven't cared for the pro bowl this century. It's a joke.
  6. I know you're referring to Cam's running but having watched both players' long careers I can tell you right now Brett Favre took wayyyyyy more of a beating over the years than Cam did in his career. And yet he has probably the most ridiculous record in all of sports with his ironman streak. Injuries come down to luck and genetics more than playstyle. Allen plays the same way Cam did and has been one of the healthiest QBs in the league with no signs of that changing any time soon.
  7. This shouldn't even be a discussion, lol. Shough has less than 200 yards per game, less than 7ypa, 7 TDs to 5 INT and has only even played 9 games. He could throw for 10 TDs and no picks the last 2 games (which he won't do) and he still wouldn't be deserving of OROY.
  8. Please stop spamming the board with new threads. Thank you in advance.
  9. Kelce being voted to pro bowl tells you everything you need to know
  10. It's more of a party in recent years with some pretty entertaining activities for viewers. Shows the players having fun and competing in skills MUCH better than playing a real game without anything on the line.
  11. Reposting from other convos about TV market size to support your comment about St Louis being a "top 30" TV market.... and point out where Kansas City happens to rank in comparison. One would think that a higher-rated TV market would automatically mean the NFL would be interested. But that's not always the case
  12. Derrick Brown tossing grown men like frisbees Horn is locking it down McMillan is catching TDs Chuba running hard Moehrig bringing wood stick Mike Jack locking down CB2 young buck Scourton feasting BY9 starting to cook up defenses this team is activated!!!!
  13. We agree here dawg. I'd love for Bryce to succeed as would all huddlers. I have not seen a single huddler hate Bryce for anything other than his play on the field / potential / skillset. He hasn't gotten any of the irrational hate having nothing to do with football that Cam got. And yeah I understood going into this season with Bryce again as there weren't a ton of options, but man we missed the fuging mark on upgrading at backup QB with someone who could actually push Bryce. Bryce had zero pressure on him with a 100% washed up Dalton being the only other NFL caliber QB in the system. That absolutely needs to change this offseason. Ideally with an actual starter upgrade but that seems extremely unlikely due to not having many FA options and a bad draft. But at the very least with someone like you mentioned, young/upside and/or day 3 pick in the draft. Another note, we have a top paid and top performing OL, great young talent at WR incl. likely OROY, great RB group, average all around TE group, offensive coach with creativity in the system and good play designs (poor situational playcalling but still I put out current offensive coaching staff over Shula who held Cam back for instance). Not the absolute best situation for a QB to be in, but still a very good situation around him. And yet we have a bottom 8 offense (6th lowest points scored). Imagine taking a victory lap for a QB leading his team to the 6th lowest points scored in the league and the 22nd highest passer rating (despite being asked to do less than many other QBs; i.e. Bo Nix who isn't great either and has a slightly lower passer rating but Sean Payton actually lets him try to throw the ball deep and has him throw significantly more than Bryce). Crazy
  14. similar to Atlanta and the NHL. Atlanta has lost two NHL teams (and lost a minor leaguer). Now there's another coalition pulling together another proposal for Atlanta to get an NHL expansion. While I'd like hockey to be back in Atlanta 'cause hockey is fun, I am skeptical that it'll happen based on previous teams' experience here alternatively: similar to Atlanta hosting a Major Tennis Tournament in advance of the US Open every mid/late summer. Aside from the fact that Atlanta is said to be the country's largest Tennis playing city (with both USTA and ALTA, along with a number of side leagues) - playing tennis outdoors in Atlanta summer is miserable *and* they had difficulty attracting players... ticket sales were not good. So the Atlanta Open closed after 14 years. They just couldn't make it happen, even if for all intents it appears to be massive tennis interest in the surrounding area.
  15. So I saw where Luke was doing that show parallel to the game. Whatever it was, statcast something something, knew it would be a good watch. I don’t get ESPN any more but that would be one of the about few things I would watch outside of games. He doesn’t fool around on the radio broadcast.
  16. I know, and I do not necessarily disagree. It's a top 30 tv market though, and its supported the xfl/usfl thing that's been there, and the history is what it is. Once the old lady died that Rams team was going back to LA. I can see them coming back up for a team, or more importantly, being a negotiating chip.

  18. I don't understand what you are advocating for with this. No Probowl? No monetary reward? More money? Keep as is? Make them play? Change something up?
  19. This is a negative from you? that’s interesting.
  20. Yet the game has a significant problem wity players opting out. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/why-pro-bowl-has-lost-its-luster-and-why-it-should-lose-importance-regarding-players-legacies-too/
  21. I would ( be shocked ), St. Louis has lost two teams already. If you count the proposed "Stallions" in the early 90s , that would make three.
  22. Talent wise yes. Impact wise it’s Cam. Rivera should be committed for war crimes for wasting both their primes
  23. Jackson has been up and down this season in limited snaps but we need guys like him to perform well. Getting solid contributions from later round picks is how you really ramp up your roster building. I have been a little miffed with him so far, he was one of my favorite draft picks.
  24. We as fans don't give a fug about it and know that it's a popularity contest. For players it's a significant work bonus.
