To me Dallas was only good because of Rico. Had Rico not gone off, no way Bryce has any success that game.

Lawrence, Kyler, and Flacco are better than Bryce. Bryce should be on the bench like Kyler.

I was saying this after the Falcons shut out win, that we won, but I still was seeing way more flaws than good, but was told to just shut up and enjoy the wins because we were so bad for so long or I'm not a real fan.

Barring a curveball out of nowhere there is nothing to be excited about going into next year from the offensive perspective. There's enough data out, there's no reason to believe we are just going to turn around unless there is a big chance somewhere on the offensive side of the ball.

1 game but something I want to say is this team lacks real leadership. From the way ashawn acted after the Buffalo game and now this, it’s embarrassing beyond just football. Canales clearly doesn’t have control of this team

That depends on which Jameis shows up: The one who throws 30 TDs in a season, or the one who throws 30 INTs in a season. Oh wait, Jameis did accomplished both feats in 2019 . On a serious note, Jameis would be fun to watch in this offense. He'd put up some big numbers throwing to TMac, Legette, and Coker and our TE's. You just have to be prepared for him to break our hearts on a fairly frequent basis.

I find the idea that Canales is the best we could do, valid. A lot of the reason for that is Bryce. You have to be desperate to accept that situation. Remove Bryce and dangle the opportunity to bring your own QB in, I think the candidate field expands.

No on Lance or Pickett... Not sure Levis fits what Canales does... Not all that impressed by the draft class... Right now I'm thinking a free agent like Sam Howell or Mac Jones as a stopgap.

I think Kaye is selling some bologna with that take.....presenting fairly even sample of great, okay and bad. They don't split like that. I mean, selling Bryce/Canales as "fine" with the freaking Jets game? Bryce had 138 yards and they were horrible there. First Atlanta game? Bryce had 121 yards and couldn't move the ball (they didn't need to but still tried). Phins? Bryce was horrible and Rico carried us out of the hole w/ an all-time performance. There aren't 3 blocks the games fall fairly even into. It's been largely all bad and subpar play from Bryce and Canales. You basically give him the one Atlanta game as the great one. One okay game with Dallas (that was all Rico eating that game and Bryce getting some scraps off that). The rest bad/subpar. The games fall overwhelming into the bad/subpar tier....and that's not what he is portraying. He is still putting some spin on there Bryce/Canales shouldn't be getting.

If he's on the field, the fan base will start to turn on the organization. He's got to be cut, in no way shape or form should he even be involved in the QB room next year and if he is, that's a slap in the face of all the fans that buy tickets and merch

If we are truly moving on from Bryce, I would trade for Jameis, draft a QB in the 2nd or 3rd, and use the rest of the draft on OL and LB.
