  1. Past hour
  2. Thats exactly why I’m so giddy on the team. Carolina found its identity again. We tried Chuba against a weak team and it didn’t click. Use the fresh legs on Rico now to make a statement against Buffalo and get back to the hard nosed run game from the previous two weeks. Chuba will be an excellent change of pace of back and we’re lucky to have that luxury
  3. He was a first round draft pick. Those are literally the type of games he is supposed to have.
  4. Remember, hindsight is always 20/20. It's very simple to look back and say "we should have drafted this dude instead of that dude." The team took a HUGE risk on the physical outlier. Then instead of building and fostering a team around him, they turned it all upside down on him, jerked him around, and basically sabotaged his rookie season. Year two started off in the pits, and then got better towards the end. This year has been so up and down. I'm not sure this is the right place for Bryce. Honestly, let's see what Dalton does and how different the game looks this weekend. The biggest problem with young QBs is that it's so hard to figure out if you have the guy or not. So much is situation dependent. Look at what's happening to Cam Ward, and how he's getting put through the same Bryce Blender his rookie year. It seems like teams just don't have the patience to develop QBs anymore. If you don't hit it off by the time you're in your 2nd year, you're done it seems.
  5. I've mentioned him before. He has also learned behind Shanny and now Harbaugh who are two solid coaches with QBs. Also he has had time to sit and get healthy as you pointed it. If we can get him for a good deal we should be all over it. Watching Dak from the sidelines probably helped him too if I'm being honest.
  6. Drug addict dies in police custody. People's first thoughts was the police had something to do it. Brainwashed by the media much?
  7. It's his third team that he has played terrible for. It's not them....it's him. Tyrod was immediately better, TO's or not. Not sure what to think of Geno. He is having the same sort of year I was honestly predicting Darnold to have. His performance is truly shocking. Still expect Classic Darnold to show up but that turnaround has been a real surprise.
  8. Lance made some insane throws in college. He has the talent. He lacks the experience and maybe the know how.
  9. First winning record since 2021 and we’re shitting on our QB. Typical Panther fandom.
  10. Bryce was in the bottom 5 offense list. This is most interesting because of that poster who claims to have worked for PFF as his credentials dropped by to tell everyone that Bryce lead the team to victory. Come to find out as I expected that PFF saw what we saw. https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2025/10/20/panthers-pff-grades-week-7-jets/86795309007/
  11. If we can pull off even just one of these games, it would show well for this team and give me some faith we're trending in the right direction.
  12. He is absolutely as bad as he has shown. When you can't read the football field and just hold on to the ball trying to figure it out, it's probably not gonna work out.
  13. Agreed, especially with having a competent running game and a strong D. That’s a winning formula anywhere.
  14. “Not going to jump to conclusions”… *Immediately jumps to conclusions.
  15. lol. Expecting him to have that same type of game is crazy. now yall want him to go from a bum to a HOFer. Yall gotta relax
  16. I’m not as pessimistic as others on here and believe we have a chance in all of these games
  17. Maye was my #2B QB in that class. Daniels was clearly the best(and has been). But it didn't matter at that point. Bryce was already here and Chicago had our #1 draft pick. Typical Panthers.
  18. Lance is slated to be a FA if not re-sign. I know we have Dalton for one more year, but he's already got dead years on his deal, what's one more? Trey is only 25-years old and is in his 5th season. If with his original team (49ers) he'd be going into his golden ticket contract, but could be had at a bargain FA deal. All I'm saying is the dude is sill young, incredibly athletic, prototypical QB size and finally healthy. Kicking the tires is completely justified in my opinion. He's not replacing Herbert in LA, so he might opt to hit the open market instead of getting locked up early.
  19. He has an arm no doubt. I think he has two NFL WRs with Lemon being one of the best in the country. Add in RIley's offense helping QBs is hard to tell how much is him vs the system and weapons. I wouldn't be against a mid to late flier on him though.
  20. Most people that draft wanted Sewell and if not available, Slater was 1B. Fields, Devonta Smith and Parsons definitely had their contingents but plenty wanted to stay away. But not many were targeting DBs until it got leaked a few weeks before the draft that we were locked in on corners (Surtain & Horn) Interesting factoid though is Horn has caught up to Slater and has only played 7 less games than him. It's starting to look like a pick that was fine. It was a tough pill to swallow with his injuries but he seems to be on a good streak right now (knocking on the largest timber I can find)
  21. Clearly got absolutely nothing going on upstairs.
  22. People here wanted Weinke to start over Delhomme because he threw for over 400 yards but had 3 interceptions and it took 61 pass attempts. If there's any hope for Fields, it's that he is playing for a godawful team and we've seen guys like Darnold and Geno do better elsewhere. But he needs to be with a much more competent team. Whether one will take him in... That Geno Smith turnaround is turning back straight into the ground with his Raiders stint.
  23. Packers at Lambeau and 49ers in SF (assuming CMC is healthy) are tough. We just aren't good on the road. We could possibly take the Seahawks at home depending on if we can get pressure on Sam or not.
  24. burly black man in police custody that makes a threatening gesture- or you know, has a stroke or gets slung out of a wheelchair... I'm just saying
  25. Yeah, Hooker is really quite bad. Those other guys are definitely not good either but still better than Hooker. There aren't a bunch of Joe Flacco's around. There are a bunch of guys who can very effectively kill salary cap space and lose games really, really badly. This is the same message board that has brought such recent takes such as, "We should trade for Jake Browning!" or "We should try and get Anthony Richardson!" No. fuging....NO.
