I'm more of a Hornets fan than I am a Panthers fan, I've watched a ton of this franchise the last 20 years. I post all day on RealGM. Don't get your hopes up, this is setting us up for a 20 point loss to the Heat and a swift end to the season. Spoelstra has always solved us, the Heat have two bigs that we have no answers for, and Jaquez is a certified Hornets killer that always plays us like he has a grudge on us. The Hornets being a top 10 team all year and a top 5 team the last half of the year and then flat out missing the playoffs is incredibly on brand for this crappy, horrendous franchise. I would love to be proven wrong. But I've suffered enough to know this little scheme the team is pulling. We finished 2 games out of 6th and guaranteed playoffs, and we blew two games to the Pacers and Nets earlier in the season, when they weren't trying to win. It's just who we are, Hornets DNA

I think the Heat will be more of a pita than whoever we would see in round 2. Either way don't really like how we've been just chucking up random shots the last couple weeks instead of moving the ball the way we were when looking really good.

Knock on wood because 2 games left, barring no more injuries Canes will go into the playoffs healthy with backups having some good experience. Defensive lapses notwithstanding, with the improved scoring I feel better about this team than last years.

I don't get why everyone is busting balls on XL for not working on his craft but no one is busting balls on Bryce for refusing to work on his atrocious footwork. It could easily be said that XL is following the example set by his quarterback/captain.

A bit out of the subject but since Fandual will shut down after this season it will be interesting to see where the canes go for the 2026-2027 season. I hope it’s somewhere with reasonable cost. I will be subscribing to Braves.TV for $99 year and hope I don’t have to pay more than $$10/month to watch the Canes. Fs is where I think we could make a big jump in talent depending on how the bored falls. not thrilled with the cb or lb depth, especially given Jaycee’s health issues. We need another guy to compliment db in the middle.

You have a hard on for him frankw. I always thought the brand new GM with a defensive background let the brand new offensive staff have a lot of input on the WR. Along with Bryce and his dad, and the Teppers. Who probably backup up Bryce and dad. I am more pissed at Morgan for Trevin Wallace than I am for XL. He should have known better there.

No matter what happens, I’m proud of the team and happy with this season. It’s been fun. Hopefully, they go out there and demolish the next two teams in the play-in, but if not, I’m happy and believe the team is on the up and up

Our bench is nice but the Heat’s is too. They spanked the Hawks tonight and Jaquez and Powell had 51 combined off the bench. Fans better show up and be LOUD. Players need to up their game and play for this city! We need it desperately.

Dan sure didn't make any changes to the draft scouts he's had two full years to do so. Also let's not act as if Dan was a glorified secretary before he was given the keys he was the #2 guy cmon.
