Its odd that most of the Bryce "haters" will give hin credit for the good plays but the stans can only see the good plays. They ignore that we need three turnovers and have to keep Bryce under 20 attempts to beat a top team.Thats the formula to win with Bryce. Run the ball, hope you can force turnover, and hope he can hit a throw here and there. That's just life with Bryce at QB.

Consistency will come when the play calling and team around him become more consistent as well This team is still growing and is very young. I mean Coker X and TMac all 2nd and 1st year players Our TE rooms blows but Evans and Sanders 1st and 2nd year That stuff matters

If they don't pick up the option Bryce will essentially be on a "prove it" deal next season. I like that.

The problem is, if we keep getting him all these weapons and OL for him to have success, eventually we can’t keep bringing in assets because of cap space. So they won’t all be here together forever and then what? Oh, that doesn’t even include not building the defense up. Wasting time and assets of giving him more and more chances will bite us in the ass, hard. He’s had plenty of chances and he’s been the same guy since his rookie years how many chances should they give him?

We would be fools if we don’t lock up the option. Though inconsistent, he is moving in an upward trajectory.

2 shout outs though, Jaycee is a huge impact player and leader for this team. On top of that, the return of Trev Wallace was massive to get the defense in position for those turnovers. he played well, but his ability to get the team in position is big too

Re: Bryce and his option... there are still 4 games left to play. I think what happens down the stretch still matters, and if he keeps flashing mercurially like he has been, I don't think us locking in the option is guaranteed.
