  1. Past hour
  2. Well it’s not me you need to convince, you need to convince 32 nfl teams to not regard him or his demonstrated tape as being explosive
  3. WRs maybe. The issue is his skillset is a highly coveted attribute that teams chase hard. Look at what Wandale Robinson just got in free agency. you can find a smaller guy later in the draft, sure. But finding a great one who is twitched up and explosive and ready to make plays? Those guys go extremely early.
  4. Concepcion doesn’t necessarily end the Legette experiment which I think is part of the appeal. two different types of players, Concepcion being a highly coveted skillset that is extremely difficult to find.
  5. Especially when you factor what we gave up for him. That dude absolutely crippled this franchise for a decade.
  6. Fans be ready to bury XL 6 feet deep for a drop pass but want to draft another guy with issues? Nah
  7. Officially offered the job to Lloyd, May and Donovan. Donovan hadn't said yes or no yet but wasn't going to make a decision in time. Last three was Byington, Donovan and Malone. New AD wanted either Donovan or Malone after Lloyd and May said no.
  8. Today
  9. Yeah, there's a lot not being said about our OTs right now, just picking up a starter-quality in Free Agency spoke volumes, since we haven't done that in years. Still... maybe we get lucky and we have three active quality tackles moving into next season. Big guys all have normal-sized knees, though and those ligaments and menisci are just as vulnerable to them as they are to you and me. Gosh, I really wanted that Jag, too.
  10. Hornets win at Boston plus Heat win at Raptors…we in 6th with two games left on the season.
  11. Yeah, I'd take his career over Maziel's too but I'd rather have a bust at #22 vs. a bust at #3. Bortles was the bigger bust because the #3 pick is much more valuable than the #22 pick. Greg Robinson was a huge bust too and he went #2. The biggest bust in the draft is usually gonna be a top 5 pick and almost always a top 10 puck simply because of the massively skewed values of higher picks.
  12. Not a bad choice but he was no doubt a panic hire after being turned down by about 4-5 others lol
  13. OT seems like the most responsible pick to me. Conservative? Probably ultra conservative. Prepper like. I can’t shake the feeling that we will regret passing on one before the season is over. Plus it lines up and sets us up to be able to use the 2027 1st on a QB if we need to. because we might. Think about it, worst case, we could actually be down RT, LT and QB going into next year. It isn’t that inconceivable. Matter of fact, it is very β€˜Panthers’. We have Walker yes, for this year. Whose last team let walk, and for fairly cheap money. Does that make you feel secure? (I mean okay, I feel a lot better with him than without him, no doubt just saying) The only thing is the tackle that fits the job has to be there at 19. You can’t force it.
  14. Short response: Don't believe anything verbatim from any AI platform when it comes to current news events. (Longer response available upon request)
  15. I don't see how they can predict Ickey's recovery or Moton's degenerative decline at this point. Way to early. SportsInjuryCentral
  16. We went with the Jag and got a really nice luggage cargo carrier. Drilled some air holes, and we were good to go. I get it. I just think they know about Moton's knee and Ickey's prognosis more than they are telling us. If good in both cases, Morgan may not go OT. If either is questionable, I hope we go OT...I am not a huge fan of the OTs that could be there at 19, but I would get it. Lomu if Ickey is bad, maybe blake Miller if Moton is the concern. I could see it.
  17. And the TE? We have that guy on the roster already--600 yards in 2 years? Wooooo. Playmaker. I like the TE from Stanford if we are bottom fishing.
  18. I am fine with the first and third picks. Not my preferences, but the impact of a free safety is hard to determine. I also think there is equal to nearly equal value at C on day 3.
  19. I dont disagree, and he probably would never have worked out here but if I was Corral I would have a hatred in my heart for fitt and rhule for how they approached his development. An absolute catastrophe and poo show
  20. Like I said, I'm not all fired up about going OT in the first, but like picking the minivan at the car lot when you have four kids to haul around rather than the two-seater Jaguar... sometimes you've got to cover home base first. And sadly, I just don't think we can swing for a late-round OT with upside. If there are top notch big men available when we pick, then take one and move on. We might not have time to grow our own, yanno? And yeah, LB in the second. If not, we riot.
  21. Likely torn Achilles, definitely out for the world cup. I don't think he will get another shot in 4 years but I hope he does.
  22. Need this one… let’s see the full team. Can’t pull back off the gas yet.
