Alot of talk about Jacob Rodriguez being linked to the Panthers. This guy wasn't on my radar, need to take a look at him

Like everybody else who watched the playoffs, I think Bain is a beast. He was just about unstoppable. But I didn't watch Miami much throughout the season. Just going off of stats he was somewhat quiet, just two sacks in the first eight games. I'm sure he had an impact in other ways, but did he just turn it on in the big games late in the season?

I wouldn't be mad it... But I think we can find Edge help in free agency. The OT position is gonna be hard to find free agency this year, for that reason, I think we need to look at Proctor or maybe Lomu in the 1st. Now if we get lucky and Styles or even Lemon fall to us, I think we flip a coin and run to the podium!

Only position that we could move XL to is Kick Returner. Maybe. That being said, he still has a year to prove he can do something in the NFL. If he doesn't, then he will likely be cut and get to try and prove himself somewhere else.

This is interesting. Tua’s QB coach was just hired. He is probably getting cut. Not that I want him, at all, but it might be something to keep in mind as an outcome. I was a fan of Andy, over Bryce, but that really fizzled last season. I don’t know who Andy would be ‘over’ any more. edit: I know that if I were a QB with any kind of game, competing with Bryce, even in a faux competition, might be a job I would be interested in.

Usually, but I would caveat that. If you sign significant free agents at the position, you can skip a year of drafting them. This year though, we definitely need to draft some. Although edge and linebacker are the top priorities. Assuming we don't address those positions in free agency.

Yeah I think Coby already seems like a better facilitator and could handle a starting role better than Sexton if Melo misses time. Don't really care about how many points he scores but he can put them up if he gets the minutes

Sexton was very likeable and played hard but he also had his cons. I agree this is a big upgrade all around. Hopefully he ends up sticking around too since he has local ties.

I'll believe it when I see it if a deal actually happens. But if so great. Go younger in the QB room altogether.

Honestly, I don't love taking another edge at 19. They usually take a couple years of development and we just took two in the second. I think we need some vet help in that unit while we keep developing those two.
