  1. Past hour
  2. Why do you think he is a good oc? I think Pete c passed on him for a reason
  3. If that is ultimately the course of action the decision makers go with they will be doing so at their own peril. I'll just sit back and wait for it to end the same way it has the last 3 years.
  4. As OC. He needs to be prepared for this he isnt 4th and less than a yard, any competent offense is going to get that there are any number of things he couldve done and he should be practicing them i dont lnow what more to say i believe it is time for either a new OC. A New backup. We also can live with less than 180 and 1 TD from a starting qb
  5. I haven't got a problem with Horn. But I have got a problem with paying him that contract while he plays in this soft coverage crap we trot out week in week out
  6. What is their number of snaps compared to missed tackles? I'm too lazy to do a missed tackle percentage but that was the 1st thing I thought of when I saw that chart. I'm guessing Rozebum would be a higher rate with less starts. Probably doesn't matter as they all seem to have forgotten how to tackle.
  7. It’s a step forward but if it results in Bryce being extended it’s like 5 steps back
  8. We've clearly taken a step forward this year. We also still clearly have a ways to go. Consistency is key. We have been unable to find it this season in any phase.
  9. Looks like we have an out in Wharton's contract after next year. Cap Hit is $19 million dead cap is $4.8.
  10. Yeah no doubt we overpaid on him and Moehrig. I'm just saying scheme isn't really the issue.
  11. i watched dj moore abuse patrick surtain in 2022 when the broncos played here the rules and league are set up for the WR to win 1 on 1 match ups, i'm not gonna trip over a corner getting beat off a slant on the goal line
  12. Classic example of a guy who cashed in on being a one year wonder in a contract year. He had three career starts in his first four seasons then had 6.5 sacks in his fifth year with 10 starts and we give him $40M. He's a fine rotational guy but he's not a guy you pay like a legit building piece.
  13. He is definitely overpaid and has been a disappointment. Has had trouble staying healthy honesty, but I'm not sure our scheme is an issue. We run nickel more than anything like most teams. We line with with 4 DL sometimes and 3 sometimes. If he gets healthy and starts playing like he did in KC we will roll with a front that is best for him more times than not IMO.
  14. No idea. I just know that my initial reaction was "What??? That makes no sense for our scheme."
  15. None of these people have actually played football at any level im convinced. They have played madden where you see the entire field at all times. They dont understand how it actually works when youre on the field. This play was on Icky and they refuse to see it because they want to blame everything on bryce always no matter what. Bryce has plenty of blame on plays, you dont need to give it blindly.
  16. Lmaoo....you cant make this poo up. Football gods are some conniving bastards.
  17. If you are going to line him up against Olave, who is a great route runner, you have to let him press him and get him off his route. Playing him on an island against Olave with 5-8 yards space in front of him is not using him to the best of his abilities IMO and it gives Olave a nice advantage.
  18. Today
  19. Look at Arizona after they gave Murray that contract while looking to dump it now. He wasn't good enough before so no surprise it's much worse now their wasting so much cap space. Miami is struggling to reclaim being a toothless postseason team as a better version of still not good enough.
  20. That is the brutal truth. (Limping or backing into the playoffs and giving false hope) I wanted him to remove all doubt the last 9 games (after the injury blip), either way. Good or bad. He hasn’t. Either way really. But I haven’t seen enough to justify that 5th year. Granted I was going to be a tough judge to win over. The playoffs thing… It t is like rooting for higher taxes next year and the year after if you get a nice stimulus check right now. I mean, you think you are rooting for something good, but in reality you’re not.
  21. I smell Tillis’ influence here, in the Wharton signing. KC. Probably vouched for his locker room vibe and motor.
  22. It's hard not to when we've been irrelevant for the better part of a decade. I would too if I had any confidence in that not giving the organization the excuse to continue to delude themselves. I certainly won't be mad if we win the division but it'll make me nervous about what dumbass decisions that could lead to.
  23. That is a shite reality to face, but I do agree. I still want us to win though lol.
  24. Losing the last three with Bryce faceplanting down the stretch is honestly the best thing for the organization long-term. Sad to say, but that's the truth. Backing into the playoffs by winning a bad division with the Bucs in freefall might be the worst outcome long-term. Anything that allows the organization to cling to this farce of Bryce being the answer at QB is a terrible thing for the long-term of this franchise.
  25. They inject players with so much o doubt Baker felt anything, again if your gonna use Baker hurting his shoulder 4 weeks ago vs his poor performance vs NO then I’m gonna use Bryce still wrapped ankle for any future misgivings.
  26. I was thinking earlier, if they end up having another one of those meaningless final games I won't be watching. Not that my announcement deserves a cookie or anything
