Half my section was obnoxious Pittsburgh fans last nite. I'm not sure I would have held it together if the Canes lost. Kept the puck in the O-zone and the Canes owned the offensive end of the ice thru 2 periods. Slavin gave up a breakaway, Nikishin turned the puck over once or twice, but it was a far better effort than what we've seen recently. Sure, it should have been a 2-3 goal differential, but Freddie stopped nothing in the 3rd period. But he was a wall in OT- Pittsburgh had their shots in OT. And, it goes without saying, the officiating sucked. Malkin took a dive and slid halfway down the ice until a whistle was blown and Svech catching an extra 2 minutes was complete bullsh!t. The refs did everything they could to keep Pittsburgh in the game. A good way to start vacation. Headed to the Caribbean for a solid week of nothing but beach time and good food & drink for a week. Will be back at the NJ game on the 28th.

I agree with him. At this moment that class has not proven to be anything special. They have this coming season to distance themselves from each other.

But since Green Bay he had a very short lived stint with the Eagles last year and perusing some of the comments from Eagles fans the gist is even though he might be in "incredible shape" he got armed tackled by smaller linebackers and 2 yards and a cloud of a dust was the highlight more often than not. He did not participate in testing because of swelling in his knee, per sources. During the season, Allen had a minor procedure for a meniscus tear that he suffered in mid-November. I didn't realize Andy Enfield would coach this SMU team like they were his Dunk City FGCU team, or his incredibly overrated USC teams. SMU has so much size and athleticism over Miami OH, the fact they aren't going into the post every possession is criminal. But I did hedge at Halftime realizing Miami OH was going to win this game. Basically break even on the game as some how my site let me cash out my parlay for $51 even with SMU down double digits with only 7 minutes left in the game.
