  1. Past hour
  2. I agree, I think he knows he’s gone I also think Baker’s shoulder is pretty messed up. He kept it on one play and practically took a knee before getting hit. Healthy Baker would never. It was extremely frustrating watching them run all game long when it was pretty obvious they had to due to Baker’s shoulder
  3. If they had a good coach then the division wouldn't be close, especially with the Saints crawling out of the mess and already having a team Carolina can't beat. The Panthers are 1 game above .500 so maybe just be happy for this mediocrity vs the last 6 years and not build it into something it's clearly not? And Bowles was always going to get fired. Im just surprised he came up with so many functional OCs for a defensive dinosaur HC.
  4. That's an insane take. Dude can barely throw 40 yards with his whole body - and he has a lot of body. Is he better technically and reading defenses? Of course he is. He's better than most of the league in that area. He picked up an offense in 2 weeks. Like mastered it. That's because he's already seen and done it all. It's just learning the new language at this point.
  5. Agree. First round LB, free agent pass rusher, another DT in the later rounds would have this team cooking.
  6. Don't disagree with that at all. Not so sure it would fly though. The Rams departing for a return to LA can be portrayed as unfair, and even rigged or manipulated. Everything was tied to the stadium being ranked in the top percent of buildings, and it was setup for them to have an escape clause. The league always wanted them in LA. The Cardinals leaving years and years ago is now ancient history. I don't care either way. I really don't. I have never lived in that part of the country, and I never will, but they certainly have a claim to be made on getting a team again.
  7. Canales said very directly we're not thinking like that at all. If your main message is the next snap, play, game is the most important you can't do something completely counter to that once you have some success. Hit em hard out the gate so they start thinking about resting players instead ha
  8. Would love to get Reese and Styles. Chances are we get neither but I'll keep dreaming.
  9. It happened in 2016 vs Chargers per Cam Newton himself. 2 minute mark https://youtu.be/SeBAlNiumVs?si=Z0pa3-BhorDy8NsS
  10. He was better this year but it aint enough.
  11. Looking at our schedule/record, the starters have been resting every other week already. .
  12. But couldn’t the situation also be viewed as, “Hey, Missouri, you’ve now had three chances (twice in StL and once in KC) to make it work through some partnership with the NFL teams concerned to build new stadiums. You’ve failed all three times. Sorry, not sorry.”?
  13. Watt may have re-aggravated the injury, but Cam's arm was never right after trying to make a tackle off of his own interception (that Kelvin Benjamin basically caused by giving up on a play) more than a year+ prior against the Chargers.
  14. The Packers are like my third favorite team. I don't know about Bears fans being insufferable. I used to be one when I lived in the Chicago metro area back in the day as a child. I don't see them as much different than any other fan base. Midwestern fans aren't generally A-holes from what I remember. Bears fans aren't Cowboys fans. The Bears last championship has been a very long while ago. It's the last time I actually bet money on a football game. My buddy walked to the ATM on campus during halftime and came back with my $20. Boy the destruction of the Pats began from pretty much the onset of the game. Since then, they've suffered like we have (just ~10 years longer).
  15. His injuries occurred from the pocket.
  16. i totally forgot about BC. I am ready to see us move on for Corbett, but he can play G/C/IR.
  17. Exactly, my son and I were talking about being at the NFCCG this past Sunday vs bucs since we ended up sitting close to where we sat for that game, and he brought up dealing with snow and how cold it was, it just adds another layer to the experience. I much prefer seeing games played outdoors vs a mall
  18. Today
  19. I am smart enough to know what I am seeing in real time and dont need to be spoon feed after the fact
  20. 2026 draft will have a lot of solid linebackers. I think one will slide to us. We are sorely missing that star MLB we always had with Morgan, Beason and Luke
  21. Cam's shoulder was already an issue in 2018, that was just the final nail in the coffin. I think even before the injury they had to rest his should following the 2017 surgery, and Heinicke had to come on at least once to attempt a Hail Mary pass instead of Cam. Cam was still effective as the offense relied less on deep throws and more on quick passes on short and intermediate routes which brought his completion percentage at its highest in career before the TJ Watt hit.
  22. I don't think there is an argument about whether the Chiefs, soon to playing in the state of Kansas, will still be the Kansas City Chiefs. The Jets and Giants both maintain a NY name despite playing in New Jersey. That said, there are plenty of people that refer to the Bills as being the only New York team. I think what might be overlooked is that Missouri, previously home to 2 teams, now has 0. If I were part of group trying to lure a team to St. Louis, or land an expansion team, I would be leading off with that exact reason why it would be crucial to grant NFL fans in Missouri a team they can call their own. It has absolutely nothing to do with KC, and everything to do with St. Louis. The fate of Arrowhead stadium is the real unfortunate part in all this though.
  23. The NCAA Final Four is likely headed to Kansas within the next ten years
