  1. Past hour
  2. And FYI: Lady Cowboy Fan is thoroughly prepared to hate this season
  3. Who was the guy who introduced the Eagles? I missed who he was and didn't recognize him.
  4. UNC has banned Patriots staff from the entire football program. Zero access. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/46159090/unc-belichick-ban-patriots-staff-program
  5. I think they had it right normally it wouldn't apply until the next CBA but the expedited nature means its this year and the league is tired of this loophole
  6. Very good for the Canes going forward, and VERY VERY GOOD WITH FOR US AT THE DEADLINE this year as we are likely the only contender with CAP SURPLUS.
  7. Don’t like either team…but it’s football lol
  8. Yesterday
  9. Esp wit KB going down for the year. I don't think our defense got enough credit that year....SMH.. Josh Norman's first half of that season was CRAZY. We ended up with the league offensive MVP + two Defensive player of the year finalists. That D had an at peak Thomas Davis, Kuechly, Norman, and Kawaan Short. Iirc they were all named All-Pro. The team as a whole had double digit Pro Bowlers... Yea im not getting that same vibe from the current squad.
  10. "I ran so many slants my pinky said 'Ima do one too bruh'"
  11. I think it should always be a take what the defense gives you. If they start stacking the box to stop the run then we have to be able to air it out to keep them honest. You aren’t lying about the investment in the passing game though. The Bryce trade followed by back to back 1st round WRs. Plus bringing in DC like you mentioned. At some point that passing game should be a strength as well.
  12. I think people might be selling Dowdle short though. I get we paid Hubbard all that money and we need to see a return on the investment but Rico should be plenty capable behind this OL. I'm fine with that. Just want to see Canales and his QB orchestrate some game winning drives.
  13. Now that is great news. Puckopedia post I saw had it wrong.
  14. Sure, but we know this pass game is not likely what should be emphasized early. Meh preseason, youth/new, big WR shake up going in, and out your left tackle. so a winnable week 1 game should be Hubbard heavy IMO.
  15. Any time the Cowboys are good the world is a worse place.
  16. I'm just telling you what to expect. 30-40 runs a game 20-25 passes a game if everything goes to plan. Of course that gets skewed of the team sucks and is always trailing but that's what id expect.
  17. Even before we shipped Adam back to Minnesota, we were only any injury away from nothing but youngsters. This receiver room doesn't look at stacked anymore. I pray our guys stay healthy.
  18. "If you start critiquing the platform endlessly, your stank will have consequences. Keep it football, not carolinahuddle journaling." Sounds like you need to read that thread again.
  19. You can actually talk about Panther football on reddit without the Tepper, etc. derails on every topic.
  20. I was never enthused by it i always thought he was a snake oil salesman (shocker he was) but tbh I wasn't anti Rhule until like week 6.... I'm usually an "ill wait and see" person.
  21. We went out and invested what $150 million in two interior olinemen in FA last year? That makes any RB better. To me. Canales will take that next as a head coach step via our identity in the structure of his passing scheme. That's what I want to see and what will make me feel better for the future regardless of what happens with QB.
  22. Very true, nerves and feelings in your hands are unique. Blood flow, its a specialist role and job. The only bones Ive broken thus far are ringer finger and pinky. Basketball jam and football horseplay, finish the practices and got a ride to the hospital. I should had made my hands stronger, weak things things break....
