  1. If Gettleman gets fired from the Giants, bring him back as a strictly undrafted rookie offensive line hog molly advisor.
  2. And the defense didn't really even give up 21 points. They were put in shitty situations all game and forced two turnovers the offense did NOTHING with. Defense gave up a FG after a Sam Darnold INT in the 1st Q. 3 points not on them. They gave up a ridiculous 58 yard FG before halftime. Not much you can do about a great kick from that distance, but alas, this was on the defense. 3 points on the defense. They gave up a TD after a 53 yard pass broke coverage. They can't hold forever. 7 points definitely on the defense. They gave up a TD after a blocked punt in horrible field position, and the 2 point conversion. 6 points not on the defense. 2 point conversion on them. I'd say the defense was directly responsible for giving up 12 points. 1 TD, 1 FG, and a 2 point conversion. 9 of the points were a direct result of an INT and a blocked punt. That ended up being the difference in the game. Inept offense that turned the ball over 3 times and a blocked punt.
  3. If I haven't gone insane from watching the Panthers for my entire adult life, I probably never will. Or I've already reached the seventh level of Panthers fan hell. Secondly, did you watch the video? Phil Snow called the formation that was working to stop the run the previous 3 games ONE TIME in the 4th quarter. They came out in Nickel and Dime formations all game. No wonder they gave up 250+ on the ground. I don't know if it's because of a lack of LBs or what, but if that's not a shitty gameplan I don't know what is.
  4. I feel like if you're a true Panthers fan you have to enjoy misery to some degree
  5. we just lost to the eagles who literally tried to hand the panthers the game with two consecutive turnovers but the Panthers said HOLD MY BEER and turned the ball over more times
  6. It's the Panthers. I always expect to lose.
  7. You haven't seen anything yet, wait until the Vikings clean the Panthers clock. This place will implode.
  8. I don't think he broke the Panthers, I think Phil Snow got cute and put together a shitty gameplan to stop the Cowboys running game.
  9. we know, we've spent the last 2 days complaining about it
  10. I’ve said this multiple times, Darnold forced the ball to Robby here. This INT was 100% Sam’s fault. OL is bad but Darnold also made some bad mistakes. Still scratching my head they didn’t draft Slater with a broken shell shocked QB.
  11. Given what Gruden said in these emails I feel like Perryman and his outspoken anti-vax beliefs was traded to the only team that would have him.
  12. At the end of the day I can’t control the Panthers. It’s just so infuriating to see them make the same mistakes over and over again.
  13. The WRs are running the same routes out of the same formations all game. Eagles DBs were calling it out.
  14. For f*cks sake the defense gave up 1 legit TD. The rest of their points were caused by a Sam Darnold INT and a blocked punt. It’s going to be a long season fellas
  15. problem is the defense is ahead of schedule but the offense regressed so we're about the same team as we were last year IMO.
  16. He will have more games like yesterday I guarantee it.
  17. The OL wasn't the only problem yesterday. Eagles DBs calling out WRs running the same routes out of the same formations after the game. Darnold missing open throws with plenty of time to throw. Darnold forcing the ball to receivers when he has open receivers elsewhere he didn't even look at. Blame is definitely on the OL but there's plenty more of it to go around. The offensive performance yesterday was abysmal.
  18. I'm way more panicked that opposing DBs are saying the Panthers WRs are running the same routes out of the same formations all game.
  19. And wear a sign that says “you like that”
  20. The Vikings barely beat the Lions on Sunday but they’ve had a pretty tough schedule so far aside from the Lions. They’re a missed FG against the Cardinals and OT loss to the Bengals away from being 4-1. They are stacked with talent on offense and are able to air it out and run. Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen are tough to cover. Mattison is a solid backup to Cook. And their defense is still coached by one of the best in Mike Zimmer. I’m worried this is a game the wheels completely come off for the Panthers. The Vikings can attack the defense in many of the same ways the Cowboys did. They will not make the same number of mistakes and penalties the Eagles did. Even if CMC comes back at 75% it’ll be a tough game to win. I’ve got a bad feeling about this one.
