  1. I love a good cook out shake. Sucks they are 800 fugin calories. Congrats man. Keep working hard. I'm going hard for the next month until I head to the beach
  2. I used to wear a lot of Hurley and rvca because they fit well.. I feel like I'm getting a little old for that now so stick mostly to polos. I really like ogio I don't know if you've heard of that or not but they're geared more towards in shape people I guess. I can wear a medium and while the chest and arms are a little tight it fits nicely.
  3. Shirts suck for me too. If I buy a medium it's a little tight in the arms and ends up a little too short. A large is way too long and looks like an oversized dress
  4. I always have to go up a size and wear a belt. #bigbootyproblems

  6. How often are you weighing yourself. My recommendation would be once a month. If you are doing it once or twice a week you are going to be obsessed with the number instead of getting in shape. Weight is all relative. Looking in the mirror is a better reflection of hard work.

  8. 5 11 & 3/4s ... I have a naturally broad chest and thick lower body.. I tell everyone I'm built to look strong not to be strong. I don't honestly look that much different at 175 vs 215. It was mainly in my arms I think. I would rather be bigger given the choice.
  9. I'm the worst morning person ever.. after the first few days it gets easier though. So much better to not have to wait till 8 or 9 to let the crowd die down and not end up going... waking up at 5 does suck pretty hard though!

  11. Been motivated lately. Another 445 wake up this am. I've decided I'm going to put the effort in to get as big as I was about four years ago ( around 215, currently 175)

  14. Been slackin on the gym. However been hitting my pull up bar twice a day doing 3 sets up 12 on the wide grip as of today. I'll be back at the gym tomorrow morning
  15. I did the whole stack a few years ago with nitrix and no xplode. It was a bitch planning everything to a t. Had to eat at exact times take supplements at exact times. That was when I got big as fug. I don't recall having any soreness issues but I was also 25 years old.
  16. Put in work today to. Chest/tri 33 total sets!
  17. Got a calorie counter app today. It measures caloric burn too. Beers tonight not helping. May be my last night of drinking for a while.
  18. Took yesterday off and ate pizza. I feel like a fat piece of garbage today.. Gotta get my diet in check. I don't have any issue motivating myself to work out... Turning down delicious food is a struggle though. Anyone have any advice?
  19. Pretty happy with my bent over row today. Lowered my weight abit. Did 135 fairly easily sets of 20,16,12
  20. I saw the thread on it but don't feel like finding it. Anyone have a fitbit or fuel band? Does it motivate you or is it completely worthless? I can get one for like 50 bucks is it worth it?
  21. Also don't hop on my machine/ bench when im going to get stuff to clean it wait a damn second and like you said if you aren't using the equipment get Tha fug off.
  22. Off work early today. Upped my last set of squats again today.. Did some shoulder work today as well
  23. I hate people who over do it with the grunting. Also hate anyone who slams the weights on machines down. I understand dropping heavy free weights on occasion put letting go on the lat pull down bar annoys the fug outta me.
  24. Killed my legs tonight. Not posting my stats don't want to embarrass myself after that fiz post... Will have a tough time walking tomorrow though.
