I heard from an insider that the dude has legit left tackle feet. Confirmed by Dave Gettleman.

Why am I hopeful? Because there is a long history of rookie QB’s who go high in the draft of struggling in their first year. Everyone with their selective memories has forgotten about guys like Tua, Lawrence, Burrow, Allen and going back further Manning and Aikman. I worry more about depending on Fitterer to do his job and get some freaking talent on the offensive side of the ball.

But I thought only small, fragile and tiny QB’s like Bryce Young got hurt in the NFL… LOL

This could be one of the worst TNF games in Thursday football history. Both teams are bottom-feeders, I just don’t know who is worse. Would we have the 2022 o-line or the 2023 o-line? Would we have all of our starters on defense or would half of them be on IR? Dont really give a crap about maybes and mights. We’re 1-7 with a terrible team, a GM probably on the hot seat and an owner who thinks his wife should be involved in personnel decisions. All I know is we ain’t winning a SB any time soon.

They said the same thing about Joe Burrow( and a lot of HOFers) and now look at him… I’m giving him a full season and then I’m hoping either Fitterer improves at his job or we hire someone who can put the personnel around Bryce that he needs. THEN I will decide whether he’s a bust or not

So we trade Burns and the defense is literally without any legit DE. Is he really that easy to replace?

Sorry but you don’t go from being a very good lineman in 2022 to a horrible one in 2023 without there being a simple reason and it’s the blocking scheme we are running. A defense full of backups won’t keep us from going 0-7. Really don’t care if we lose as long as Brown > Reich and Young shows improvement.

The biggest problem I see is that we were told by the media, by Fitty, by Reich and probably by Tepper that we could win the South this year. And most of us believed it. Now that we’re 0-6 everyone’s pissed that they believed and want someone to pay. Here’s an idea; don’t believe the hype next time.
