Bryce’s deep passes are intermediate passes for other strong armed QBs. I will say that Bryce’s accuracy on his deep passes have improved. Before they would just sail out of bounds. Now the WR actually has a fighting chance on the ball.

I don’t care who it is, just beat the brakes off of them.

Darnold will do Darnold things. The offense just needs to capitalize on his mistakes when it happens.

I’ve been critical of Bryce, but I don’t put yesterday’s loss on him. Were there some bad throws and questionable decisions? Sure, every quarterback has those in every game. Overall, I thought he did what he needed to do and did his 1/11th. I’m not saying the rest of the team didn’t try, but either the Saints simply wanted it more than we did, or the NFL decided to stir up some drama by setting the stage for a Week 19 showdown for the division crown. Either way, the reality is that the team as a whole didn’t play well yesterday.

For me, at this point, win the division or lose, this season is going to be a good learning experience for both Canales and the team. 90% of the guys in our team have never been in this position of tasting success, so hopefully it’ll make them hungrier.

Like what Cam used to say, we need all 11 guys doing one thing instead of 11 guys doing 11 different things.

Kind of reminds me of the 2008 season. Maybe the game against the Bucs will get flexed and Chuba and Rico will run all over TB for the division title.

I’d say in all our wins this year, except ATL, he had to show up in certain times. Hes shown he possesses a clutch gene, but he’s wildly inconsistent. I don’t know what it is and how to coach him on being more consistent, but we have a good team that can win with him. I’m all for replacing him with better talent, but I don’t want to replace him just to replace him.

Didn’t watch the game but I saw that Brees called the game as well. He knows a thing or two about passing because he’s something of a quarterback himself.
