For the past couple of years huddlers embarrassingly claimed the team was only a qb away from competiting (lol)… but this year, it is more close to being true than any other year and yet we have had the worst start just goes to show that’s how badly we need hope at that position and the best chance is the draft considering all data PJ upsetting a few teams won’t change that but it will change our chance to obtain that. No thanks. Though I doubt that’ll happen anyways. Point is barring a miracle I’m certainly not hoping we beat a few poo teams or teams having a poo or injured day on the season since I think winning 12 straight and making the playoffs is never going to happen.

This team winning a few games is a horrible thing to hope for. Go watch the the end of 2018 where the Allen lead Panthers fought tooth and nail to defeat the Saints’ third stringers and waterboys to essentially drop 6 spots in the draft or whatever if that kind of weird poo excites you. Maybe even more importantly, having that top pick is going to be a factor in luring the best coaching prospects as possible. Wilks is NOT it.

The Panthers options: draft elite talent and hire competent staff to give best chance of success or pick up an unwanted FA QB that has had little mediocrity play that no one else wants and hope they turn out newsflash: option 2 is what we have been doing. historically it doesn’t usually work out and it didn't here either newsflash #2: a worthwhile FA qb with options will turn this dumpster fire down. It’s already happened. Even coaches it’s happened lol they aren’t playing here, why would they? soooo yea just what exactly is the plan to find a franchise QB? Mcadoo is trash. Guys here is a hint whenever the Panthers hire someone or get a player. If they aren’t being promoted at the professional level for being a top candidate they likely will suck balls. It’s almost 100% foolproof. This includes: -lateral transfers, because we are the worst team over the last several years in the nfl…no one wants to come here -they are some type of ‘advisor’ or basically sitting around doing jack poo -from college -take a paycut -have zero interest from any other team -has zero connections to the Carolinas i can think of one decent player on the team without any of those for the love of god stop giving literally every person in the building the benefit of the doubt. It was a terrible set up through and through. notice the personnel with other options never came here. For a reason. Tepper syndrome - thinking you’re a path maker, sees what no one else sees and outsmarting them by attaining said assets. I assure you if they were not already on an nfl team and promoted with other options they will usually be trash. It’s unfortunate Tepper has brought this franchise to this level and I don’t think he understands how hard it will be to recover.

I can’t believe some want to keep Fit. He accepted this job because Rhule had most of the control. He isn’t a legit GM. And even still he had some say in the decisions at the least and they were god fuging awful. Why not keep the entire team since Rhule held everyone back? Because you know when someone is awful despite the fact. Keeping Fit would be incredibly stupid.

NO. You hire a consultant to hire a competent GM who will in have input on the coach. The ONLY exception is if you pry away or are able to get a superstar coach who wants certain controls, but even then it’s typically not advised. Boring answer. But this is how it’s done, period. For a reason. You don’t cling to Hurney and not able to interview legit GM candidates because he still has the title (and look really stupid btw) then let Hurney have input on the next coach before firing him and then let the said college coach have input on the next GM - let alone personnel decisions and mix up all these roles up like an idiot. Why? Well we have three+ years show you why. And other teams don’t do that poo. Tepper isn’t a path maker or smarter than anyone else. Tepper HAS to get over himself if he is to have any chance. Keeping Fit will show he cannot do that. This is all ass backwards and muddled. It’s a clusterfug CLEARLY from an owner that has ZERO clue how to run things even from a basic level.
