Despite all of his shortcomings (Pun not intended) Bryce seems to be a hard worker. I suspect he’s got a list of things for his off-season plan. Hope the list includes strength, footwork and long ball accuracy to name a few.

Is Ickey a guard or tackle. After las season I would say kick him inside but as u say; there may have been mitigating circumstance and that could be a rush to judgement. I’m not a full studier ike some folks but I saw guys being constantly out of position and looking lost. Getting beat is one thing but being totally clueless is another.

It’s not his success in SF that makes us lose the trade. It’s the Panther’s inability to turn the capital we got from the trade into something positive that makes us lose I’m happy for CMC the person and player. Panthers are a mess right now ans I’m glad a special player is able to go somewhere and succeed. If we trade Burns or any other player to a contender I will wish him well and good health. Also hope his team performs good as long as it’s not the Cowboys or in the division or maybe another team that I choose to hate on a given day but generally speaking I like it when these young guys go elsewhere and succeed.

Tepper is the main thing that needs fixing. Young can either be fixed or he cant. Time will tell although there would need to be one hell of a plot twist to overcome the foreshadowing from this past season. If he is not an NFL QB then ride him (see pickles) to a pick in 2025.

Wonder if this experience question will come up in the Panther's annual HC introduction presser. Just have to wait and see. Jokes aside I think its worth giving Morgan and Canales a chance if for no other reason than we have no say in the matter and its a done deal. For me its the same as BY. I like this. We need go into the season with the mind set of building a team around a young QB. If Bryce is not that QB then you will know it and probably be in a draft position to get one in 2025. Getting a vet to chase 6-8 wins is just going back to Darnold, Teddy, etc... Already done that dance.

Your initial thought sounds correct to me. If you had known how bad this season was going to go I bet you would have had a few more in the brewery that day.

He should definitely be high on the Panthers list this time next year when they are interviewing candidates again.

Thanks for the assessment. I think this is true, but Bryce has yet to show this consistently. While he has shown some flashes, there is nothing thus far indicating that he should have been the pick. The Panther Fan in me will continue to watch and be hopeful that BY can pull it together but the rational person in me has already started telling the fan in me to take another shot of something so we can go sulk in the corner. Congrats on the season and good luck this weekend. You folks should be very optimistic.

I see that Evero has interviewed with the Falcons and just read Thomas Brown is interviewing with the Bears. I wonder who the "They" is in the statement she put out. And I say statement because it has no reference to sources unnamed or otherwise.

Tepper needs a Matt Foley level intervention first then I think the other areas fall into place

The problem is that this fact is not being realized by Tepper. Unfortunately we have a football moron owner who believes he is a football genius. Its ok to be a football moron owner if you realize this fact and hire people that are not. Then just stay out of their way and let them do their jobs.
