That was rooooooough. Back to back losses like that.

We need all of the QB draws because the closer The offense gets to the goal one the more exposed the Oline is. Short yardage is ass and blitzes are also ass. Why does anyone think we can beat a team with a good defense? feels like a coin flip.
-
I hate this too. We’re overrated but a win against us is a major accomplishment. Every damn time.

People keep putting too much stock in the last quarter of play. The game was over in the 3rd as soon as it was obvious they couldn’t stop the run. Nothing was going to change. The defense felt elite but I think Snow was out scheming a lot of teams. No recipe for just facing a more talented O-line.

I feel good about Chuba Hubbard/A Note about 2005

Yeah the Colts game in 03 and the Giants game in 05 were killer. That era is tough, having Moose and Jenkins on the 05 team would have been killer. Add in some better draft picks and I think we could have won it all. I know that’s a a lot of IFs lol. -
No Respect for the Panthers - What Cowboys Fans are Saying
Donald LaFell replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
We also lost 3 games in a row that season with 2 being against potential playoff teams so we really felt exposed again there. Also lost to freaking Vick on his first game back. That and 04 killed me. fuging ESPN -
No Respect for the Panthers - What Cowboys Fans are Saying

Is that you John Fox? -
I remember in 05 our defense was good with a solid offense. The bears had a serviceable offense with elite defense. All pundits said the Panthers would edge out the bears but we ended up getting embarrassed. I feel like this early in the season you still bet on the defense. not mad at fans rooting for their team, I couldn’t say who wins this one. I hope the refs are good.

Insight on Brady to Tampa, Belichick, Bill O'Brien and more
Donald LaFell replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
NFL franchises are pretty decent investments even when the team sucks, I’m not sure how many owners even care about another owner getting a competitive advantage. You can sit on your hands and still make money. Maybe that sounds too apathetic but i feels good to say. -
Is this the best Panthers pass rush in franchise history?
Donald LaFell replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
02, 03 and 13 had 4 down lineman just overpowering guys. Their dominant games had a different feel it to. Their hands are in the dirt and you know they’re coming. Our pass rush feels like we’re winning the chess match each time and I’m just waiting for someone to figure us out. Burns/Reddick win with speed. It’s crazy how they keep coming free, surely some OC is going to figure something out. Would love it log it takes all season though heheh. -
This is the Turning Point Game of the 2021 Season
Donald LaFell replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Steelers game hurt but the 49ers game was kind of hilariously off the rails. I hate the Steelers but outside of the 13 playoff loss and the old school rivalry I’m not mad to get stomped by the future NFC champs. I pray we win this week though. I’m really enjoying these wins and winning an away game at one of the most fluffed up franchises would be sweet. Like when the Giants poo’d the bed in 09 -
I feel like I remember the Steelers going to the Bears in 05 and smacking them in the mouth. Bears has the best defense at the time and they ran over them. Not surprising they made it to the SB. I hope we see the opposite on Sunday. If we make the Cowboys look pedestrian then the sky is the limit, this defense plus some luck could end up SB champ no matter how crappy the offensive line is.

Opinions: How far can they go with this Oline?
Donald LaFell replied to Jmac's topic in Carolina Panthers
It’s gotta happen eventually, also on the other side of the coin someone has got to be able to figure out Snow eventually. If they don’t I feel like we’re invincible lol. -

We haven’t played from behind but defenses have come pretty hard after Darnold too. -
An old friend of ours got injured last night

Good lord Norman maybe sit for a while. Hope the coaches make him rest too. -
So many of his passes have a “frozen rope” quality to them, I can’t say for sure that he will workout yet but he’s undeniably talented.
-
Thanks! We have some good ones in the past. Chris Martinez, Rosario Dawson, Jake Dell-home, Stephen Smith, Kris Magnum
-
I think it has to be on Paradis and maybe even Darnold? Not sure what Paradis was expecting unless he thought they were rushing 3.
-
Speaking of that I can’t believe the Cardinals tried a 68 yarder at sea level lol
-
O line is bad but that was a great stunt too. Can’t win em all.
-
Also it’s just weird how some posters relish other random players failing. Fields is just a kid and has nothing to do with the Panthers. Unless it benefits the Panthers I don’t really enjoy watching anyone get destroyed.
