I believe that one of the main issues with Tepper running this organization have to do with his use of analytics and using them to possibly select players in the draft since this roster is so void of talent. My belief comes from an article in 2019 published in the Riot Report. Here is a quote from that article: "For plenty in the football world, the Panthers’ approach will be an exciting one with the potential to move the game forward as the 2010s turn to the 2020s. Not everyone, however, will share that sort of enthusiasm. And many of the concerns about an analytics-driven league are very sound ones. In 2016, the Cleveland Browns implemented a radical analytics-based approach under executive Sashi Brown, which resulted in a 32 game stretch that saw the Browns win just one game and go 0-16 in 2017, while yielding a talent-rich – if underachieving – roster in 2019. While that may be an extreme example, there’s plenty to be said about the limits of analytics. Statistics, after all, can’t make a tackle in the open field. Same as Reich. Talent level is the issue, not play calling

Bryce has the talent to develop into a very solid QB for years to come. Changing coaches and playcallers every year + having a bad o-line may turn him into a "Darnold" or worse yet a "David Carr" faster than he has a chance to develop properly.

At the rate Tepper is sinking this franchise, we'll likely have the no 1 pick in 2025,2026,2027...

The Zavala and DJ picks should get Fitt fired immediately. Horrible draft choices. Maybe Tepper is letting his wife make the draft picks? She should get fired too.

Horrible defense. Bad o-line. No deep threats. Rookie QB. Meddling Owner. Bad GM. Not only are they not winning out, 0-17 is a very real possibility.

I think Young has improved every week. Hard to play your best with a roster void of talent in year 1 of this rebuild but he shows promise.

Stupid idea. This is year 1 of a rebuild after Rhule destroyed this team. Starting Dalton or firing everyone just gets us the joy of starting again next year as year 1 of ANOTHER rebuild. The observer has really gone downhill with their articles.

At least our o line started to look decent yesterday when Cade Mays went in after the injury to Zavala

I think Fitt needs to go first. This roster has no depth and very little talent.

It won't matter if you fire Fitt and the entire scouting dept and coaching staff if the owner (and his wife), who "thinks" he knows football, is the one making the picks. The Panthers have become nothing more than Tepper's own little fantasy football team and he sucks at it.
