I personally wouldnt take him now if they're other quality WRs in the later round who have just as high of a ceiling with good work ethics aka. Matthews.....

Thomas Davis may have seen him on an official visit. I found it interesting that both of our beat writers mocked Benjamin to us at 28 in their last mock draft.

They may know a little something we don't. Who knows.

work ethic questions was the reason why he didnt play his freshman year. he then got his poo together and got playing time as a re-shirt freshman, before breaking out this past year as a redshirt soph. Jimbo has even came out and said, that Benjamin gets it now, and should only get better with time. he knows he has to put in work to become a better player.

I know I said I would pick Robinson over Benjamin because I think Robinson knows coverages and run the whole route tree while Benjamin didn't.  Still I am sure that Gettleman followed his heart which is to take a hog mollie wide receiver and someone his size is hard to ignore. He must feel that either he is a quick learner or that Proehl is a great teacher.  I hope he ends up being fantastic now that he is a panther.  He got his wide receiver and tight end in one package.
