Spring Break Miami 2015

I had an amazing time. Some of my best memories.

 

 

I've gone for 4 bachelor parties and have another two coming up. It's fuggin' perfect if you like to drink all day, wear tshirts, shorts, and don't give a fug.  And it's pretty inexpensive once you get there.

Just the drive there from homestead was worth the trip alone fuging amazingly beautiful

I've done that trip a few times and it is beautiful, but I had to start flying directly to KW and here's why....the anxiety after a 3 day bender in KW plus the 3 hr drive to Miami it's worse than a prison sentence. Put me on a plane and give me some meds so I can make it home.

Google South Beach Hostel. Right on the beach for $20 per night. A friend and I stayed here last year. You're welcome

I joined the Navy and went everywhere around the world...... free.

 

There was a Florida trip- Ft. Lauderdale in 1986 for 5 days... free.

I think tnpanther went there with a friend but he brought beer and stayed in a homeless shelter lol

 

And it still cost over $100 a night....

Not to hijack the thread but do you just fly out of Charlotte and go right into Key West or is there a cheaper place around here to fly out of? Basically, what is the best airline and location to use.  Planning an early July trip and debating between KW and Mexico. I totally agree with not wanting to drive anywhere after a 4 day bender.

Well, that depends. Is cocaine money part of the budget?

 

Cocaine not included.

 

3 meals a day + drinks plus the occasional cigar not to mention if you want to go to a club or two.

 

You don't want to be eating Mcdonalds everyday on vacation.

 

Miami is expensive if you plan on actually going out and enjoying it.

Try www.skyscanner.com. You can fly roundtrip for about $500 per person from CLT directly to Key West. Probably cheaper on weekdays. You can fly into Miami for about $250, but then you'll have to rent a car to drive down to KW, and then pay for parking, for a car you probably won't use the entire time, so in my experience, it's worth just ponying up the extra cash to fly direct.

 

Mexico is more expensive to get to, but they have some really sweet all-inclusive deals that you won't find in Key West.
