Falcan't defense takes a hit

8 CB's - 4 of which are rookies, 1 with one year exp.

9 LBs (3 listed as OLB, in which none have any experience, and is not including Weatherspoon)
that leaves 6 left...
5 of the last 6 are rookies or have no exp.

5 Safeties listed, 3 rookies, 1 with 1 year exp. and one with 4 years Exp.

This all per their Roster page.

Not saying that none of them will be starter quality or anything, but, behind their Dline, that's what they have now with Weatherspoon out.

Sucks for the Falcons right now for sure.

But it is still the offseason... plenty can still happen.

he probably was going to be awful in a 3-4 anyway. dude is soft and small (twss). missed plenty of tackles. he's was good in like 2010 and 2011 and has been living off rep since then even tho he's been meh. if anything this is bad for us since bartu and worrilow will get more snaps.

will prob stick with team on prove it deal like we did with TD.

So work with a medical could lead to an ACL, lololol

Achilles not his ACL. Sucks for the Falcons to because it is the worse of the two injuries. I believe that is the injury that slowed up Beason.

I feel for the player as no one wants to see a guy who works this hard have a career threatening injury.  But I don't feel sorry for Atlanta at all.  I don't like them and never have.  Plus I didn't see anyone feeling sorry for us with all the injuries we have had over the past several years.  When they went 13-3 then sucked the next year it was all about injuries.  If they struggle this year it will be the injuries.  Nevermind their defense isn't good and Ryan can't handle defensive pressure.

Sorry but screw the falcons

It is, in many ways Achilles is worse to recover from then ACL, as you'll likely never fully recover your past explosiveness.

NO (how fitting an acronym for a team is that?) is more than due for a rash of injuries to their top players for simple karmic sake.  Your feelings about Atlanta are my feelings about those black-and-gold cheap-shot artists.

my thoughts exactly.

no one cried for us when we were plagued with injuries, they just took their easy win and walked away. i have no problem doing the same to others. it feels nice being the team on the other side of that and i don't have a problem saying that i would rather keep it that way.
