Recap pls.

Also, I just wanted to say that I have enjoyed this thread...  we should do this more...  well, except for the whole "on trial" part...

Next huddler that fugs a batsh1t crazy girl and goes or trial for it we should have Zod go to the trial and tweet about it.

If the pics showed her all bruised up then hardy might be in big trouble.  Thats all the evidence the judge needs.

I find that hard to believe considering the cops noted absolutely no serious injuries right before she completely bailed and wouldn't talk with the cops on record.

She left the scene...  from there she fuged up.  You can't trust those bruises came from Hardy at that point.  Especially if you've taken note of how she's come across up on the stand.

This reminds me of the time I slept with my ex at a motel 6 room that wasn't paid for and I got arrested for possession, paraphernalia, and defrauding an innkeeper. That trial would have been wild if I hadn't taken a deferred sentence deal.

Voth: "weed flying out of car" is damning for Holder, lots of holes poked in her story

-basically recapped everything that has already happened so far, same stuff in the thread already

-defense painted Holder as someone in it for the money and fame of dating a NFL star

-people have made claims that these are two unstable people

-the whole case should be wrapped up today

-still unclear if Hardy will be called to stand

-media has been struggling to recharge their cell phones during court *BREAKING*

-voth has no idea if this incident will cost Hardy any money long term

I wonder if he'll pop in some cat-like contact lenses during recess?

Lawyer: Can you state your name for the record sir?

Hardy: Kraken, Hogwarts.

Lawyer: sonofa........

    • He has a heftier contract than you would think. I think the issue is that the Texans will want likely more than he is worth. They are in no great need of trading him.  I am fine with Mills as a bridge attempt, no issue with that. I just don't want to be seeing top 4 round draft picks headed out the door, even considering our lack of ability to capitalize on them.
    • You're gonna mess around and hurt someones feelings
    • He’s set financially for life barring complete fiscal lunacy. He has $12.3 million guaranteed. Think about that. Twelve million three hundred thousand dollars, he’ll be 28 years old when his contract is up and he’s completely forgotten about if he never plays another down in the NFL if he so chooses. Say after taxes he ‘only’ brings home $6M (fire your accountant territory) and parks $4M in a run of the mill mutual fund… good God… What I’m getting at, IF homie ain’t feeling the NFL, he has 12,300,000 reasons to take the fewest NFL edition ass kickings as possible while waiting out his very wealthy non-football future.  Obviously completely talking out of my a$$ with this… but if you hated contact, didn’t want to live with a completely wrecked body for the rest of your life and you know you’re set financially… what path would you take, assuming you’re cool with being a quitter (not calling him a quitter, I’m just playing out a scenario)? Why do so many first rounders bust? Where was he before his one year wonder if he was such a stud?  Everybody likes the dude on a personal level. How could you not? …. but I like seeing a winning product even more. He doesn’t play like his head is in the game. The Why is where the speculation lies and helps to clarify if his issues are ‘fixable’ or not.
