Who's In/Out vs Pats

They are playing Cam for a full half without the right side of his line?  ruh-roh

Williams is not a bad backup at tackle or guard on either side.  Pretty versatile across the board.  Scott is also a good guard when he's in shape, which I believe he is now.  Should be okay.

At least the right side is the sight side, but my bigger concern is line continuity and chemistry between a rookie and a new tackle.

This is it to me. Rookies, new players and old players in new positions require time to gel probably as much as any group on the field, including QB/WR.

Practice is one thing, but there's a reason many teams allow their o-line starters to play longer than skill position starters in preseason. Turner and Chandler could really use this time together under fire.

I've really tried to find the positive in the Harper signing, but I just don't know what Gettleman was thinking on that one.

Just a couple years ago he almost broke the sack record by a DB in a single season. He could be a complete beast in the run game and blitzing. That's all the upside I can think of but he was a pro-bowler and is better than our backups. DG couldn't have anticipated any injuries.

I'm pretty worried about CJ, didn't he play last game?  Now he's back out.  Not good.

I know it's just because I follow this team hardcore compared to other teams, but I feel like our health on Madden collectively as a team should be like rating 5.

    • There was some pretty egregious missed calls vs the Chiefs in the Lions game, especially Kelce. The completion where he clearly used the ground to catch the ball. The hold in front of the ref as Pacheco ran by where the defender was trying to turn around and couldnt because Kelce had him by the jersey. Mahomes openly taunting after scoring a TD. 0 penalties after double digit the week before. Cmon.
    • People get trade happy and look at resources as barter items. They fail to see them as resources to be used to our benefit rather than someone else's. Right now, Chuba and Rico are massive benefits to us and a strong rushing attack so greatly benefits any passer, much less a young one like Bryce still is.  And the better our running game, the more our offense can eat up the clock, the less time our defense is on the field. And that is priceless, too. Don't mess with the running game. Don't mess with the receivers. Maybe look at our O-line and think we may have hit on something good during these injuries. Look at our D-line and seem some strength evolving there. Our secondary has its good spots and some that are still developing. Our linebacking corps did well this last outing. Our special teams are on a major upswing as of this past week. Heck, even our QB is showing us a little something right now that we can build on. Perhaps putting out a yard sale sign right now might be less advantageous than looking at the team and saying, "You are all part of something good that is happening. We want to see that continue to grow."
