I doubt it. That last so called Injury was expected by the doctors. He needed to re tear the tissue for it to heal properly. He should be fine now other than all the missed reps

He's already so late in the process and being a rookie, I would bet anything that he'll be put on IR.

Rivera wouldn't reveal his emergency QB. Didn't want other teams to know and get interested in signing.

Panthers have started game planning for Bucs. Same game plan for Cam and Anderson.

I understand your concern Thomas, I certainly don't think he will be ready week one. He might be by week 3. Its not exactly a stacked position and I'm sure that guy that made the decision to draft him would like to see how well he does when his opportunity arrives"

Im happy they are resting, but also concerned that too much rest=rust.  Come out of the gate slow on opening day can set a bad tone that I am hoping they were looking to avoid this year for the first time in a long time.

practice reports are such a let down now after all the training camp reports.

I know right.  It also seems that if you go to ESPN, Panthers.com, Charlotteobserver, and B & B Review the headlines from the articles are too similar.  Its like they hear what they are going to report and regurgitate it across the board.  At least here, you were going to get some different pictures and a different perspective.
