Today was a turning point, I believe for me and the Panthers. I cant believe the level of stupidity I said today. After this game I took a long look in the mirror and realized I am a complete idiot that cant keep his emotions in check on gameday and as god as my witness I will do everything in my power to change that. I literally got on my own nerves today and among reading my very own idiotic comments I almost requested the mods to ban myself.

I am so over doubting this team from my "start DA" nonsense to my "Rivera should be fired for sitting Hardy" bs, im done with the stupidity. This team has 100% earned my trust these last two weeks. It was today I realized we have arrived, we are legit SB contenders and this time I can honestly say its not blind homerism and I fully 100% believe it. On Saturday nights before gameday I always think to myself "oh boy, I feel another Panthers letdown tommorrow ." Nomore! I no longer doubt this team, so much so that even if we dropped the Steelers game, i wouldnt even worry because im fully confident this team would just bounce back and go on a winning streak

Haha, wow, Mike Goodson. God did I talk him up back then.

Say what you will about see-sawing gameday posting, but I love it. I had to work today, and all I could think about was how much fun I was missing by not being able to drunkenly thread-poo here and on the other NFL subforum I visit. Wish I could have contributed to the inanity.

      Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
