The saints*, niners, and seahawks all look in disarray, the talking heads need a new team to crown for the week.

 

I already heard on the radio that suddenly we're boomer esiason's "top team in the NFL".

 

Let us not forget how much garbage they all talked about us.  Let's just have this thread be a placeholder for all the doubters that suddenly "believed in us all along".

I think some of the blowhards, especially on the CBS side of the spectrum, will hop back on Tom Brady's sack.  But other than that, I expect nothing but a week-long panther slurp fest.  I hope the panthers away from reading media articles this week.

I heard the Boomer comment this AM too.

Wasn't Boomer talking poop on us earlier this year? I can't remember exactly what he was saying but I'm almost 100% positive he was ripping us.

He had a list of his "most overrated players" and at Number 1 was Cam.

 

 

His reasoning was absurd, but it had something to do with Cam not being Manning, Brady or Brees. In the same piece he went on to say something about how amazing Andrew Luck is.

More than once.   I want to say most recently was only last week when Steve Smith had his long broken-play touchdown.

      I agree with OP notion, QBs always get credited for game winning drives even if they do minimal. Just last night Caleb got credited for a GE drive when they basically ran the ball the whole drive and only had to go 36 yards.   And there are drives where Bryce could of had a game winning drive if not for a Legette drop vs Philly or a Chubba fumble vs Tampa

      You are actually, genuinely comparing Bryce to Jimmy fuging Pickles? Jimmy accounted for 3 touchdowns in his 10 starts in 2010. In Bryce’s 10 games post benching last year, he accounted for 20 touchdowns. Jimmy threw three touchdowns in 2010. Three. Bryce has thrown 10 touchdowns through 6 games. He is currently on track to throw for 3300 yards, 28 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Wtf are we even talking about anymore. I mean seriously

      Tepper? The guy that directs the coaches towards goals that he set for them… that guy. He is the one.    I don’t think he ever was going to be expelled from class, they had him come in for garbage time maybe the 2nd week he was benched.  I will say this. People said he wasn’t under pressure the last part of the year when he did better, but he was fighting for his career and that’s pressure. And he saved his career too. I don’t reject him for those kinds of things I reject him for the physical things. I have always brought it down to he has slim margin for error and has to be perfect. People with the tool set have a little fatter margin for error. Why make it harder on yourself? Got nothing to do with hating him.  I am no statistician but game that margin thing out a lot and see how that works.
