Last year was probably a fluke no way we make it into the playoffs this year with this offense. Probably need a few more years to build the rest of the offense...assuming they dont' just stack all picks on defense again.

 

Having Jordan Gross really helped. Still kind of pissed at him for suddenly retiring on us but we should have been grooming replacements for him several seasons ago

Exactly we have no explosive weapons...we have a team full of possession receivers...hard to win with no big plays.

Hardy makes a huge difference in defending the run.  That's where it hurts the most.

You pay that kind of money to those QBs who can come back and win games.

You don't throw that kind of money to a QB who have been winning games largely bc of his defense.

I'd say with Cams injuries he is a pretty identical QB to Roethlisberger. That's not a bad thing
