The early stats for the NFCS's Rookie WR's... What does it mean?

Looking over the Rookie WR stats for this season so far, Is there anything that can be deducted from these stats?

(Highlighted are the NFCS Rookie WR's)

FOR NOTE: Devonta Freeman has 5 catches(tied for 16th) for 47yards(17th), and Philly Brown has 7 catches(tied for 10th) for 66yards(14th).

According to this link: http://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats/drops/2014/

Evans has no drops, on 20 targets and 13 receptions.

KB has 3 drops, on 25 targets and 16 receptions.

Cooks has no drops, on 24 targets and 18 receptions.

With all the talk about Evans and Cooks over KB... seeing these stats, being KB is in teh middle of them in catches, but leading by a big margin in yards... what can be said about the comparison, if anything at all?

KB had an off day in drops with the lions. Cooks and Evans are very good players going into the futre in their own right, and have lived up to the hype.

Benji Is special. He has Bryant, Marshall, Green, Johnson type of caliber. not necesarily a direct comparison to any of those guys, because he is his own beast that others will be compaired to.

It's too early to try to compare these stats.. Panthers feed KB the ball and has more catches over 20+ yards than the others. It's just a product of not having anyone else to throw the ball to.

I mean Philly Brown ranks 10th on that list in receptions. Doesn't mean we are screaming he is better than others.

      Kon is a damn stud but it’s not any individual player’s team. All of the “big 3” are incredibly and equally important IMO. And LaMelo makes Kon way better (look at his shooting splits with LaMelo on the floor vs without. Also Moose and even Miles are important cogs. Honestly think we’re 1 piece away from being legit top contenders if the young guys continue to develop the next year or two. I trust this FO to be patient to find that piece within the next 2-3 years and not force anything. Plenty of time and even without adding anyone we have the pieces in place overall already to compete with any team.

      We lost 2 very close and winnable games against top teams in the league while missing 3 critical players despite 2 of our top 3 players shooting unusually terribly. Still split the 4 games that Moose and Miles were suspended, winning the most important one vs the Hawks. This ain’t yo mama’s Hornets man. Hopefully Coby can go soon but even if not Moose and Miles are huge additions for our starting lineup and bench rotations. Schedule is pretty tough after these next 4 but I think we’ll take care of business the next 4 to get to .500 then finish slightly above .500 after that to get a 7 or 8 seed. Keep it rolling boys. Also Kon is having an insanely historic rookie season as a shooter. Like truly can’t believe my eyes watching this kid level of historic. Man what a fuging home run of a draft pick and exactly what this team needed to take that next step forward. He’s gonna shatter the rookie 3 point and franchise 3 point records. Has a real chance to be the 2nd best 3 point shooter ever or dare I say even get to Curry’s level (as a pure shooter, Curry obviously has way more to his game that has made him a GOAT).

      I hear you but yeah like you say, above average. His numbers were good. You’d think it would be a no brainer. Anyhow… I guess the new staff is also fine with him walking?    I hope if we sign him there isn’t some secret issue of his that led to him not being valued.
