25 Most Evil Serial Killers Ever

Mr. Scot

Lonnie David Franklin jr.

He started in the 80s and didn't get caught until 2007.

Getting sloppy caused many of them to get caught.  When your victims are completely random, awfully hard to put it all together for the cops, but with today's CSI stuff it has to be hard to get away with that for too long.

Why were most of those serial killers active in the 70's and 80's? Do we not have any evil serial killers these days?

Henry Louis Wallace was active and finally caught here in Charlotte in the 90's. He committed his last few murders within about a 2 mile radius of the restaurant I worked at in high school. I just remember walking a lot of women to their cars after shifts for a few weeks. Tried to link his wiki, but for some reason it won't let me.

Is that because they solve most crimes in an hour?

    • I mean, he's a professional athlete.  What you think as a fan vs what he should think as a player are completely different.  Being bad doesn't mean you should lack confidence in yourself, and really that is true in all forms of life.  Do everything you want to do with confidence. Justin Fields sucks, but does he ever play like someone who doesn't believe in his own abilities?   Obviously you need more than confidence to be a high-level NFL player, and Bryce will never be that.  But he could still create 2-3 extra plays a game if he allowed himself to play more "free" like he did in the second half of last season.  The fact he refuses to use his legs to pick up yards nowadays hurts this team.  Simple things like that would go a long way for us, even if not for him.
    • I've always thought it odd that the QB is the only guy in the roster who carries a record. If a RB puts up 1200 yards but the team sucks then everyone still says the RB had a good year. If a QB puts up good numbers put the D is atrocious and the win loss record isn't great due to that then the narrative is that the QB can't win. Now that we're finding a way to win with suddenly dominant D and dominate running game people are trying to shift to this "Bryce is just a winner" narrative while he puts up bottom of the league numbers while near the top of the league in turnovers. It's just funny to watch.
