You can now officially put me on the want Shula gone crowd.  I have defended him from the beginning, but irregardless, this team needs a dramatic change.  Lets start with the OC.  

Is it really ur best players or how this team is coached? 

 

Remember u can put all the best in the world on the same team but if the coaches don't gain respect, nor show consistency  in what they do, they lose the players.

 

I personally always believed that Smitty role on this team and his ego became to much to bear but the problem with this team was more the unevenness and inability to adjust to other teams that killed this team, not so much Smitty. 

 

Also, it's clear TPTB don't want this team back at the top and the Refs can help that cause with they lopsided calling patterns.

So we didn't learn anything from the Pittsburgh game?  Those 2 teams are so damn similar, you would think that we could have used the Pitt game to prepare for the Baltimore game.  I guess not.  Rivera, better get this poo turned around quick or his job is not safe.
