Yes we need a shut down CB and Safety and it still might not be enough to cover up from losing a elite pass rusher. Which we are about to do.

Plus finding 2 secondary positions seem harder then 3-4 OLB.

Klein IMO would be a better fit at ILB than OLB. I do think TD could be a decent OLB and I do think Johnson could be a 3-4 OLB or 3-4 DE.

Btw did anyone see Clay Mathews play MLB? He was a beast.

We don't need a shutdown CB and S. We just need decent talent.

A solid secondary still isn't much without a pass rush.

Solid secondary makes a good front beastly. See last year. Calling that solid is being generous. Put a disaster behind any front and they will get gashed a fair amount

Another reason to switch : I think it's legal to hold a 4-3 DE now. At least that's how it looks when we play.
