I say 3rd. The risk/reward with this kid (still only 23) is far greater than anyone in the 3rd. JMO.

FWIW he and Bridgewater have had friction which became public after Patterson himself tried to keep Bridgewater's first TD pass ball. All FWIW.

Percy Harvin only generated a conditional 6th round pick and you're wiling to give up a 3rd for a guy who hasn't accomplished a tenth of what Percy has?

What you see is what you got. They aren't adding anyone of note this year. Six games left and the ship is sinking quickly. Pipe dreams and wishes is all it is. If they haven't done anything to this point, what makes anyone think it will happen now.

A raw Patterson is better than Avant, Cotchery or Bersin plus you wouldn't have to worry about KR and PR anymore.

I'm surprised how Paterson's numbers have been this year, I really thought this would be a big year for him. I do believe the talent at QB could be the problem.

Patterson is not a brain surgeon, but any comparisons to the cancer that is Harvin, from all the way back to getting kicked out of the Virginia High School Athletic Association, are unfair.
