We can't keep Ron Rivera or Mike Shula heading into bye week after that

Just wanted to comment about my fellow "fans" real quick while I'm drunk and can drop erudite bombs of knowledge and ridicule.

I hate most of you. Cowardly, weakminded, no backbone, quick to give up. Would not go to war with 80% of you. With that being said our coaching staff is some poo.

Smith did all of his damage against us and in the games leading up to that showdown, when he was fired up about showing us up. Since then he's had 1 TD and 1 100 yard game in 6 games.

Y'all are seriously overhyping the idea that cutting smitty was a bad decision.

no, it was a bad decision period. The Ravens wanted someone to come in and take heat off of T Smith, mission accomplished.

It's not a stupid decision, given that Gano is excellent from that range, it got the Falcons to waste their timeouts, and gave us enough time for another drive even if we failed provided our defense held. If we tried to pass, we might not have gotten any yardage, and the Falcons would have a minute left - with timeouts - to score.

Might get intercepted if we pass.

Yeah, but what do you have to lose?

If you kick a long FG there, you could miss and give Atlanta too much time to beat you.

At least if you try to win, and make a mistake that's understandable. However, to coach scared, then miss the FG, serves Rivera right as he just pussied out it appears.

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
