Hey Dave even Zack Mettenburger has better weapons then Cam. .

I'd gladly take Wright, Hunter, and Sankey over Cotch, Avant, and DeAngelo. Now and going forward.

If you do an apples to apples comparison, here's how it looks...

- Kendall Wright: 39 receptions, 403 yards, 4 touchdowns

- Justin Hunter: 21 receptions, 368 yards, 2 touchdowns

- Nate Washington: 19 receptions, 267 yards, 0 touchdowns

- Kelvin Benjamin: 52 receptions, 768 yards, 8 touchdowns (11 games played)

- Jerricho Cotchery: 32 receptions, 433 yards, 0 touchdowns (10 games played)

- Jason Avant: 21 receptions, 201 yards, 1 touchdown(11 games played)

So by himself, Benjamin has touchdowns than the Wright and Hunter combined, and they only lead him by 8 receptions and 3 yards in those categories.

As to the runningbacks...

- Bishop Sankey: 91 rushes, 357 yards, 11 receptions, 83 yards, 1 touchdown

- Shonn Greene: 49 rushes, 199 yards, 1 touchdown, 0 receptions, 0 touchdowns

- Jonathan Stewart: 84 rushes. 323 yards, 18 receptions, 123 yards, 2 touchdowns

- DeAngelo Williams: 56 rushes, 198 yards, 5 receptions, 44 yards, 0 touchdowns

I don't really see a clear superiority in production there.

What's the Titans record again?

Quick Hint: If you wanna make a point about another team having better personnel than us, it's probably best to pick one that doesn't have an even worse record than we do. Otherwise you wind up looking kinda dumb.

They are a QB away. .

But since you missed my point let me help you..

Look at all the resources the Titans put around a QB who hasn't proven or done nearly the poo that Cam has done.

Why is it that other teams make investment in a QB and do every thing to surround him with talent to help their investment? ?

I pointed out a fallacy in it.

Now do the real comparison Cam vs the garbage they have at QB. .

With a better QB their weapons would explode. .

I bet Hunter nor Wright can be covered by a LB..

Can we say the same for Crotchety and Avant....

Washington is considered their number 1 so I assume that's why he said Wright, Hunter for Avant and Cotchery. They'd obviously take KB over Washigton though.

Plus they both have something our guys don't... Speed!

    • Ppl want to trade Melo? Am I wrong for thinking that would be a bad idea?
    • Some of you act like one can't learn from experience over time. Just because you may not know what you're doing in 2018 doesn't mean that you don't know what you're doing in 2025. Frankly, you grow from experience, and success and excellence gives first-time applicants the hand probably 99.999% of the time.
    • It's an interesting topic of conversation as sports evolves. I think ultimately it would lead to a number of small market franchises folding though. Especially in the NBA where there are so many bad teams that have been bad for years and years in some cases already. But as it stands I think athlete pay draft or no draft aside has reached a point where we can and should realistically ask should they make that much compared to the average person. Now college athletes is a different conversation but even that reaches a breaking point. But we could go down the rabbit hole on this even further into overall entertainment and talk about actors making absurd sums too. In the end I think in sports the powers that be won't allow these changes to even be considered because it opens the door for so many other variables. But who knows how long sports like football will realistically be around after people like us pass on. We're only just now learning about things like CTE which the league and the sport in general will only be able to run away from for so long. As far as the NBA goes my understanding is viewership has been steadily going down for a number of reasons but one crucial aspect is key players missing so many games. The NBA has to figure that out regardless. Especially when considering fans who pay to see these athletes compete in person. But hey I guess let's just try to appreciate what we've got while it still exists in this form eh?
