OLIne is playing well, thus the holes, thus the good days for RB's.

I mean that's kinda sorta true but Stewart usually creates his own holes by breaking tackles. Multiple times he has absolutely nothing but gains positive yardage because he's dragging people with him. Stewart should have been the starter ever since he raped the Giants with Matt Moore at qb and we ruined their last game at the Meadowlands. DeAngelo hasn't been good since 2008-2009.

How could he had been the starter (unless in name only), when he was always hurt so much? :startle:

I do get your point and drift though?

Injuries do play a role with every player but DeAngelo has been hurt close to as much as Stewart has. It just has been a long overdue move that should have been made years ago

Are seriously try to use reasonable logice here on the huddle? Go to BBR for that.

If Williams got hurt long ago....run blocking would have appeared better earlier. Simply bc 28 runs well....and he would do had more touches.

OL isn't opening big holes now. Stewart is simply get more touches. Big picture Stewart's threat also aids them in pass pro too.

OL is slightly better. Real change was simply not having a bad RB implode us, make opponents have to respected run and allow not defensives to play us one dimensional in games.

Ummm, no, our o-line is light years better than they were two months ago, like, it's not even close. There used to be pressure on every play for Cam, there used to be literally zero holes for either of our backs, and d-lines easily played contain on Cam. Now, none of that is happening, it's not just Stewart. Grantedm, Stewart is the better back, but to say our o-line is not the reason Stew has exploded and that it is only "slightly" better than the last time D-Will played, is just silly.

Football is complex

Put Williams out there gaining 1 yard, putting us behind the chains nd have no running back threatening and impacting a defense? And good defenses would pin back and whip these guys. Same cast of lineman can look much different based on many factors....that applies to any group.

Plus we are playing weak teams

OL is slightly better. It is a lot more than just them. They aren't drastically different....the scenarios they are in are very different. They are getting help.

And Stewart hasn't suddenly exploded....he was running well before the OL change. Now he just gets to do it for 4 quarters....which impacts games. Crediting the OL dismisses what he was doing before his increased reps

    • There's gonna be a mutiny on the bounty up there. What a fuggin idiot.
    • I’ve heard that Vegas looks at only 3 things when predicting games and setting the line 1. HC     2  Qb       3. Injuries  If that flash card is true, then it is the Bills to win   Add to it, , the Bills have lost 2 in a row and coming off a bye   They cannot afford to allow the Patriots to hang around by getting a 3rd loss.   That does not bode well for Carolina  to me though  1. it is all on the Panthers oline.  If Lewis returns at full strength, and perform at a high level, huge. 2 the defense needs to pressure and spy on Allen. Stop Allen and you stop the Bills   He is their biggest threat  he will make plays but make him pay for every single one  3. Canales, lord have mercy, for the love of god, don’t overthink this…start Rico, run Rico and no trick plays…      START RICO.  RUN THE BALL WITH RICO. RUN THE BALL WITH RICO        Control, the clock   Keep Allen on the bench        IF YOU ARE GOING  To PASS, PLAY ACTION ON FIRST  DOWN If 1 thru 3 happen            Panthers 30.  Bills 28 and joy reigns in the Queen City
    • To be fair we don't know how Mccaffrey would have looked had he been drafted by the Saints with Sean Peyton and Drew Brees Nor how Kamara would have looked with Mike Shula.
