Who considered not watching? (be honest)

There was enough talk about it pre-game that I know at least some of you considered skipping it.

Regardless of what you think of the outcome, this game was sports history and is likely to become one of the most talked about Super Bowls of all time.

If you missed this game, you blew it.

WHY would ANYONE not watch the Super Bowl? This makes no sense.

Are you that butthurt that we lost to the Pats in the SB over ten years ago? So mad you think they cheat to beat us? You hate them THAT much?

So sick of Wilson hype and the lack of Cam hype? Hate SEA because we can't beat them?

If any of that would be a reason you may as well just put your head in an oven.

If you simply are a casual fan who only watches the Panthers ... well that makes sense.

I will never miss a Superbowl no matter the team unless i am dead.. I want to see who the best teams are and how Carolina should improve.. And Usually the commercials but this was the worst year ever on the commercial side... no good bud light/miller light Doritos commercials?? All super expensive ass car commercials.. But anyways I think next year we win the NFC South again.. and maybe get to the SB..

    • You know, there's something about this whole JAG thing that really just drives home the idea that to some folks, these players aren't real people, just names and stats.  Of course, it goes beyond sports. We're a sad, jaded species, us humans.
    • I hope we get no featured games, or only one if that's still a thing Don't like having to subscribe to a service just to see the panthers play a single game, i'm looking at you peacock Football is made for sunday afternoons Word
    • Yeah, it's just dumb. Everything is year to year. I never understood how anyone could stay engaged as a Kentucky fan or duke fan as duke became a one and done factory like Calipari made Kentucky. The thing I liked at about UNC is that we primarily focused on recruits likely to play multiple years. We'd have pur occasional one and done but most of our pros still played multiple years. And the days of the Stackhouses, Wallace, Jamison, Carter, etc. playing multiple years is just over. And now you have your role players entering the portal every year to test the waters elsewhere. I don't blame them for looking out for themselves but just personally speaking I'll run out of interest quickly trying to get to know a whole new roster year over year.
