Cardinals Release Ted Ginn

Jeremy Igo

Recommended Posts

Yeah, the 2013 12-4 Panthers got several mid-level guys paid.

Now, we'll probably get one back.

So we get Ginn back, and slowly start to rebuild the 2013 WR squad.

Could Smith Sr. be in the Panthers futures?

lolno

not that mark s isn't a good poster, but in general you want your featured news on a heavily-trafficked site to sustain a certain quality and brand. if the ted ginn thread literally reads "cards released ted gin wot do u guys think" and it gets ten thousand hits, you're losing the opportunity to make it yourself with a bit of commentary and brand flair and keep your product consistent.

you can learn a lot about business from watching breaking bad.

First Mark's post was not different from his post. Also this is a forum not Twitter.

The most pertinent breaking news today was DWill's release. Well that's still by a random poster. Where is the consistency? If you want to talk business, being inconsistent will hurt you more than who opens a thread on a fan forum.

My thread didn't say that and just got deleted

    • Just stop, man. All the college stats don't matter. Plenty of guys who put up big numbers in college flop in the NFL and you and I both know that there are 1st round and top 10 busts every year. While we definitely hope T-Mac isn't one and we hope he proves to be a great NFL WR, you can't assume poo about a rookie who hasn't played a down of NFL football yet.
    • therein lies the problem.  Carry on
    • Again, it's not about performance, it's purely a statement about his ability as a football player. Which right now, is better than Chark ever was, I don't understand how that is a controversial statement. This isn't someone who had a 1,500 yard season with a dozen touchdowns while being a threat the other team was afraid of on every snap.  It's literally a guy who had a couple good games and then was just peppered with targets in the others because the team had no other viable WRs and he still barely cracked 1,000 yards, and then was barely even a JAG for the rest of his career outside that one season. Just look at it this way, take names aside, you're saying a guy who's peak was 1,008 yards and 2nd best season was 706 yards, was a better football player at that time than a WR who was just taken in the Top 10 and had multiple teams trying to trade up to get them. That's beyond asinine thinking.  I'm genuinely not even sure Chark would make the argument himself if he was being completely honest and objective about it.
