Miami Dolphins plans massive renovations to Sun Life Stadium

I have to admit, these plans look pretty cool.  It kind of gives it a European soccer type feel.  It should also help get an MLS franchise!  What do you Huddlers think about doing something like this to BofA Stadium?

Dan Marino, Joe Philbin and Ryan Tannehill were on hand as the Miami Dolphins introduced their new preview center for stadium improvements on Tuesday.

Over the next two years, Sun Life Stadium will undergo a $400 million renovation and modernization, all privately funded by Dolphins owner Stephen Ross.

The team unveiled a detailed video describing the transformation that will began this offseason. The team hopes to enhance fan experience and modernize the 28-year-old stadium.

The animated video below is pretty cool. (Tannehill is featured prominently in the highlights, if that tells you anything with how confident they feel in his future with the franchise.)

Good move. Maybe help get some asses in the seats. I've been to many Dolphin games in September and October. Having that tropical sun beating on your skull for three hours will kill you. Very wise to partially cover the stadium.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
