In your opinion or experience what's the best way to get a girlfriend to start enjoying football?

 

Easiest way that I have found.

 

 

Get her and a few of her friends to do an all girls fantasy football team.  Now she watches almost every game with me, even though the does look at her ipad more than the TV.

I'm actually trying that approach this upcoming season. I'll let you know if if works.

 

But I've kinda resolved myself to the fact that my Russian fiance is never going to embrace American Football. And I've also kinda decided that's not the worst thing in the world. What's wrong with having an excuse for guy-time? All I have to say is, "I'm watching the game this afternoon," and all of a sudden her tone shifts from, "You're leaving me alone all day?" to, "Oh, fug that, go watch it at the bar with your friends."

      Agreed. I think he probably needs a long trek outside the south as a football player to potentially kick start his future. And that is still a long shot.
