Age

I noticed that we have a wide range of ages. Do any of you guys discriminate against a poster of you think they are to young? Or do huddlers love huddlers except for the morons of course. I'm 18 finishing up exams. I started following football when the panthers had Jimmy clausen at qb. Wrong time to start. I think that was 8th grade year and I didn't know much about it. Just liked them because they are close by. I'm not going to say I know everything about football but I can have an in depth talk about it. Same with the Charlotte hornets. So do you guys care about age?

(Ps I'm having difficulty choosing college would you want me to make another thread?)

Age isn't all that important but usually younger posters will definitely show their age with their opinions.

Having said that we have multiple complete idiots from all age demographics that would make a learning disabled 7 year old a preferable poster.

I feel you with that one. Most people think panthers united is one of those people

In the Lounge....not as much, however in the Panthers forum, the younger ones show their age pretty quickly.  They don't understand long term planning, and struggle with the very real "salary cap".

In the Tinderbox, everyone is an idiot.

Anyways so I have to decide on college should I go to usc upstate and then transfer to usc or go to coastal for 4 years or coastal then transfer to usc. I'm majoring in marketing but I could easily change it. If you know high end paying majors tell me please haha. But I would like your input

    • I dont think people realize how hard it is to find a consistent starting QB in the NFL. Byrce will not heart us to a SB but I do think he can manage to get us one or close..go all in on defense and change the Offensive passing game and play calls. I really think our biggest problem is our HC.  Take New Orleans QB for example, switch him and Bryce and I promise you it'll look similar or worse. New Orleans OC is levels ahead of Canales. And as far as the draft goes, in this division with as much rb talent as we face ..the answer...this guy:    Pick up a couple edge rushers in FA along with a corner and plug this guy in Rozeboom's spot. Defense solved. But only if we get a top tier rusher on that dline....jus saying
    • I think I'm going to the game in Los Angeles vs Paraguay, and the England / Croatia game here in Dallas since my mom is British.  For decent seats anywhere in the building(s) it looks like it will be upwards of $7k for the two games.  Insane. Just for perspective, you could buy field level EPL tickets for any one of the top sides in the league, and it would be 10% of the price you'll pay for crappy seats at the World Cup.
    • Meh… I knew this thread would turn into a Bryce/Tua comparison, when they couldn’t be further apart situations.   Dolphins catered there whole offense toward Tua, they brought in a coach that would run a Tua friendly offense, the went in got the best most explosive WR in the NFL and paired him the fastest WR in that years draft. Panthers have done the opposite, they went and got a Pete Carroll disciple who likes to run the ball under center, they drafted big slow WR who got little separation in college. Literally the polar opposite of Bryce’s scouting report coming out of Alabama.   Tua was a decent QB 2 years ago, but the concussions, lack of movement have caught up to him. He never had a great arm to begin with but now since he doesn’t want to get hit he’s taking the whole offense down with him.
