Well for some ridiculously unknown reason, Brown is a "lock." Which I still can't comprehend but ok. If he can't make wide open, routine catches on a small stage during pre season, the light isn't suddenly going to come on on the big regular season stage but he had a whopping 300 rec yds last season, so that makes him a "lock" I guess

Brown and his 300 yards last year is exactly what a #4 or 5 WR should be.  A young guy with potential that made plays when given the opportunity.  Poor preseason games shouldn't be enough to get rid of him unless we were so loaded at WR we just couldn't make room.  Which we obviously aren't.

Looking for a big game from Brandon Williams, With DA throwing the ball it will defintely show what poteitnal we have at WR & TE.

I thought Brown was the WR3 last year behind Benjamin and Cotchery.

He was behind Avant til he was let go.  But yea, I guess by the end of the year Brown woulda been considered the #3.

This sounds about right. I hope Brown goes off and has a 200 yard day. He was one of my favorites. He needs a big day  or else he should be cut.

Special teams. Third on team in ST tackles in 2013 and had a couple in 2014 before getting injured.

Cameron Artis-Payne looks like he might be starting some games this year.  Stewart struggles or gets hurt, I'm not worried.  Steelers backups are terrible, very top heavy team.

The Panthers love Swiss Army Knife type players.

Does that justify keeping him? Well, that's kinda the operative question.
