Cam is this generations Brett Favre

So in the mid-late 90s when I was still wearing overall and light up shoes I was a big fan of Brett Favre and the Packers. The guy could take any amount of punishment, get up with a fuging smile on his face, then throw a TD. Thats basically Cam Newton. An athletic anomaly, with all of the tools. A lot of teams are flocking to QBs like Sam Bradford and Blake Bortles. These guys will have high completion % because they throw underneath all game, but when its time to win a football game they can't do it. Cam can. And thats why we're winning the fuging Super Bowl.

He's definitely similar to Favre in some ways but I don't think there's a single QB in the league Cam can be compared to.

Some of his escapes have never been done before.  He is stronger than NFL dlineman.

I think this especially when the "receivers" drop Cam's "too hard" throws. Only difference is Favre was celebrated for having a rocket arm and the narrative on Cam is he needs to develop some"touch" on his passes.
