Actually this is fairly accurate considering Allen only had 5 sacks last year. He was at his natural position last year. Chicago didn't switch to the 3-4 until this year. Still is a nice pick up but he's fairly washed now.

But nobody is claiming he is going to be Greg Hardy reincarnated. He's a guy earning less than $900,000 to help get over the loss of CJ. If he can get maybe 6 sacks this year and hold his own against the run it's a great pickup.

I seriously doubt Ealy, Addison or Horton would produce more.

The guy only has two posts.  When someone creates an account just to insult someone, that usually indicates a troll.  As for Allen's lack of production last season, he did battle with pneumonia and was undersized.

He also had a herniated disk as well and still played 85% of the Bears defensive plays.
