After listening to post game interviews....

I am impressed.  No one seems to be satisfied or celebrating 8-0. The way they talk about their 4th qtr play the last 2 games you would think they lost.  Lots of work to do they say. Really are taking the next game focus, and saying they have got to get better.

Cam, when asked a stupid question...said, "all I want to do is win...whatever I need to to....blocking, throwing, catching...."  The QB mentioned blocking 1st!

Rivera.....said "as coaches we have to put the players in the best  position..."  He had praise for his players, was honest, gave GB props.....said we have lots of work to do and put more focus on coaching.

Everyone taking ownership for getting better.

This has to be the most humble undefeated team in history.

Have I mentioned I love this team?

EDIT:

Almost forgot...before Cam answered a question from the press....he paid tribute to the fallen soldier and his family whose initials he wore on his helmet today.  Made me cry again.

Love everything about this team. Not a single player or coach that I don't want as a part of the team right now. Of course I'd love to add more talent at certain positions as we would all love to improve but there's nobody that I want to get rid of because they're bad on the field or just bad people off the field. Amazing we've done so well with huge injuries to many different parts of our team. To hang 37 (should be 40) on the 7th best scoring defense (I believe that's now and they were even higher going into the game) without KB and Norwell is pretty amazing. Very proud of this squad but 8-0 means nothing if we don't win it all.

    • Bryce has been playing the best ball of his career the last three games IMO. He wasn't the reason we dropped the game in NOLA. Seattle's defense will be his toughest challenge yet this season
    • I'll be at the game Sunday and up until last year I had a perfect attendance record. Now however I have seen us lose to the Chiefs (last year) and the Bills (this year). So we can no longer rely solely on my ability to pound overpriced beers to propel us to a win.
    • I haven't been able to watch Seattle on a dedicated basis but the Seahawks are a much better team by the all accounts: eye test, record and DVOA. Defensively they are sick. Best DVOA in the league first in rushing and second in passing. Offensively their passing game has been on fire this year led by JSN I can easily see this being like the Buffalo game where things just get out of hand for us early, that being said this league really is week to week and Seattle does have the disadvantage of traveling cross country for an early game.  If and big if, the Panthers are able to effectively run the ball and limit the amount of time Seattle's offense has to generate explosive plays we have a path to winning this game.  Seattle fans won't be happy to hear this but bad Darnold is always lurking in the background. He is truly an enigma to root for bc he will have an incredible throw that only a few people can make but then will turn around and throw the most bone headed pick of all time.  I think ultimately we drop this one as ultimately it's human nature to be looking forward to that week 18 game. But man how special would it be to be leaving the stadium on Sunday with a win and a miracle dolphins upset
